- In this sewing tutorial we make a model shopping tote bag
Origami in two sizes. Quick and easy origami to make. We make origami bag in cotton fabric ( or canvas), you can also scarf remake, reuse shirt or reuse old clothes.
Big size

2 pieces for handles 50x10 cm (19,6x4 in)

Great video and adorable child. Thank you! I look forward to seeing more of your videos. I think the only changes I'd make is to either leave the diamond inner shapes only stitched around the outer edges to use as inner pockets or to sew them to the outside as decoration.

Cute bag and I intend to sew it. What I wonder is why aren’t the diamond shapes be made into pockets by sewing the perimeter of the diamond. Instead it’s sewn across the top and closed. Those areas could be great for keys, lip balm, small stuff and with a strip of Velcro be more secure.Just wondering.

I left all 4 , & use it as mentioned earlier, as pockets. Beautifully explained.
Exactly! Just sew the sides of the four diamond shapes - it's a waste of a good pocket to sew them shut.
