Agree that the the light is really good, disagree about cheaper competition. for 60$ you can buy as good as this one. btw what monitor you have?

I have a version of this and discovered to my cost that if the bezel of the monitor is quite thick (as it is with my NEC Multisync) the light will not sit on the top of the screen because the clamp will not open far enough. In practical terms it was an expensive waste of money, so check carefully that it will fit before you lay out your hard earned cash.
