Her art is very decorative jus shows yudont need alot of formal training to give people what Tey want. I find ger a very humble person to share her experiences and style.
Impressionists didn’t work in layers; actually they did alla prima, fast paintings, in one session and in open air. She is confused , there is no such thing as “open Impressionism”. She is an impressionist like all the others nothing special.
You might want familiarize yourself with Dega's paintings of dancers & cafes.........Cassatt's portraits...........Manet's Olympia, and A Bar at the Folies Bergre.......to name a few that don't fit into your definition of impressionism.
@@douglasriddle6447 nope you are wrong; have you ever painted btw? do you know how painting in layers is actually done from a technical point of view? i doubt.
@@Robocop-qe7le Actually been painting for over 40 yrs. I think you are confusing layers with glazing. All the Impressionists paintings I pointed out to you were painted in layers. Still time for you to educate yourself.
Just love her work. Thank you,

@@douglasriddle6447 impressionists didn’t work in layers nor Degas. Update your knowledge.
@@Robocop-qe7le If you look at any of the paintings I mentioned, they were all painted in layers and not in one sitting. Check your knowledge.
