After nearly 40 years on tour, legendary caddie Billy Foster finally got to experience what it’s like to win a major when his man Matt Fitzpatrick won the 2022 US Open.
Thanks to our friends at Motocaddy, we caught up with the Yorkshireman at his home club - Bingley St Ives - to discuss that long-awaited victory and get his insights into the Old Course at St Andrews.
One of the game’s great storytellers, Foster tells us what it was like to work for the great Seve Ballesteros and explains how rangefinders, like the Motocaddy PRO 3000, have revolutionised the way he and his fellow caddies work.
