This vid tell you how do it, that's correct. But you have to familiar yourself with the tools first, and lastly make it look realistic. How do you make it realistic though.... It's a different way, and lesson. As a guy who just getting started about 1-2 hours ago, I'd say that make yourself familiar with the tools first and not just taking some random (expert) way to use photoshop.
