is this place right opposite Don Bosco High School by any chance? In my childhood days in the 1970s I recollect there was a great fast food joint by the name of "Bombay Dimple" where this joint now is. Hopefully I am not mistaken. We moved to New York, USA in the early 1980s, and the owners of "Bombay Dimple" too relocated, but to New Jersey, USA. We visit their restaurants in NJ frequently for old times sake. Whenever we watch your You tube channel videos on places in Matunga and Dadar it brings back nostalgic memories. I wrote an essay for family, friends and old neighbors on the Dadar Parsi Colony Neighborhood where we lived, and me and my siblings grew up. My Iranian colleagues in the hospital I am attached to in NYC know about Dadar Parsi Colony and importantly have great respect for India, its people and culture. Keep up the good work Alkaji.
No, this is towards King Circle near Koolers, the old Irani Cafe. There's 'Classic', opp Don Bosco, which is a popular fast food joint and I have been eating there since 1993 (when I used to study at Khalsa College). Now, there are 3-4 big cafes in a row opp Don Bosco. I am glad you enjoy watching my videos and feel nostalgic. I love to know more about Indian culture and tradition(there's so much to learn) and I like to share that with everyone because of which you will find a lot of videos about authentic Indian cuisine and regional food on my channel. Mini Burger was fun to have 🤗 and I loved the waffle with icecream 😋 I do check cleanliness and hygiene levels and go ahead if they are okay though can't expect it to be perfect especially street food. Believe me, there are places from where we have returned without shooting or shot somehow as we couldn't decide that time but dropped it during editing and didn't publish it at all. Hello...was waiting to hear from you. Even I like Maggi and I miss the one that we had almost daily during our Nainital trip. Waha ki Maggi ki baat hi kuch aur hai 😋❤️ Maggi Thali was indeed good for a change and I loved the burger too though I prefer Desi food more.

Ohh....what we absolutely enjoyed that day were the starters, dal makhani and kadi pakoda in the main course. Sabjis were okayish but sweets were good.

I think people will have two opinions about the food here . The fries thali could have been better with different varieties of potato dishes , aloo pakodas / bhaaji , bonda , cutlets, tikki etc .
Maggie thali too is a bit amateurish . Noodles dishes are now available in Korean, Japanese , Mynamar , Chinese flavours . Crispy, dry and soupy . Not for me. Dessert was nice. Must be expensive too . Please give an idea of the menu .
I like Maggi more than noodles even if it is plain boiled just with a pinch of salt and chilli powder 😊 Varieties of Maggi, Pasta, Chinese dishes etc. are available here. Rates of all dishes that I have tried are mentioned in the video and description box.
@@explorewithalkaThanks Alka Ji . I actually like to buy noodle varieties and keep a few sauces to cook them the way I like . Maggie masala gives them just one taste .
Please show the complete menu for the resturants you visit. Will be more helpful. Maggie just saved time . It doesn't matter if plain noodles takes a bit longer as they come in many varieties/ tastes and shapes
