  • Another video that I've been looking forward to posting. When I visited the city of Kanazawa, I took the opportunity to ride the Hokuriku Railroad. The company operates two rail lines in Ishikawa prefecture as well as a number of bus lines.
In this video, I ride the Ishikawa line which starts at Nomachi station in the west of Kanazawa city and terminates in the small and picturesque town of Tsurugi. The line is less than 14km long but serves a total of 17 stations. It's very interesting to see the urban landscape change to a suburban one and eventually the countryside.
On the same day I rode the other railway line belonging to Hokuriku Railroad - the Asanogawa line. I will post a video of that journey in the future.
    Thanks for watching!
    Date of recording: November 2024
