- I just bought the Flir one pro, claimed to be the best, PRO-GRADE THERMAL CAMERA FOR SMARTPHONES! It is better than my Seek Thermal which is why I am doing a review test and show the features on how to run it. Perfect gift for a mechanic, pretty awesome too!

This is interesting, we already have a Flir thermacam b2 and was thinking of getting one for my phone mostly for the ease of video capture. The b2 has to use external recording peripherals.

Just bought mine on sale for $250 + tax. Waiting for amazon to deliver today. Going to find insulation breaks in my house, trying to seal up the air leaks and find where i need more mastic paste and aluminum tape on my forced air HVAC system running throughout the crawlspace and in the celler under my house.

Where you slide the photo from thermo to normal or photo to normal, can you do the same on a saved video?

i just bought one. i read a lot of complaints about the battery dying completely and wont let you charge it back again. wondering if you had this issue?
I haven't had that issue.....
How far away into the distance can it detect people?
A pretty long way I've seen deer at over a hundred yards
Can this be charged via a portable charger while using it at the same time?
No. I don't believe you can

So is this the “pro” or the “pro lt”. The stats you have in the description are for the “pro” but your title says “pro lt”? There is a huge difference between the two.

It’s Flir
Your confusing resolution with noise. The seek has twice the resolution of the pro lt. Pro lt delivers an image with substantially less noise. The flir looks better because it's augmenting the heat map with a visual camera. The resolution on both is not great but the flir pro-lt is particularly bad 80x60 pixels. Seek is 206x156 pixels. The flir pro is closer to the seek compact in thermal resolution.

The LT version is silver and the Pro version is black. This review is for the Pro (more expensive model)

such a scam, its 80x60 like the first gen flir one. aswell as the gen2. the gen3 for like the same price allready had 160x120 pixels.

It's for checking hot and cold areas, like when I fixed my heater core problem it had an airlock that you could actually see there was no water with the heat in the pipe, heat lost out of a window, air conditioning, electrical if there's a bad connection you'll see it's much hotter. Bad bearings. I guess wherever your imagination takes you.. 😁
