I love the way you said your insecurities are your final boss because saaaame. My biggest insecurity affects me so much that I can’t even say it out loud. I won’t tell anyone although it’s pretty obvious what it is when I’m face to face with someone. It eats me up inside but I refuse to acknowledge it which is the worst part. I put so much work into fixing it and get deeply disappointed when it just doesn’t get fixed or it doesn’t improve at all! 😢 Anyways I love your videos❤

Limit the internet/streamer content consumption. Stay in real life more often and interact with people. Look for people with whom you can make meaningful connections. Then you will "feel seen" more often.

I struggled with acne my whole life (still do) and it something I'm insecure about as well. I use CeraVe anti blemish face soap and Nyacinamide and it has gotten so much better to the point where I know deal with individual spots that come out instead of a whole face full of it

Being happy about little things is the key imo to "overall happiness", together with general groundedness and lack of most ridiculous greed and such. Though, I mean proper little things like just enjoying a glass of water, noticing a smell, looking at a sign that looks interesting, and so on, proper small everyday things that we mostly ignore the experience of. Not just "I have a great house, friends" etc. Those aren't really little things imo. It's the small, tiny moments, experiences, and things.
