I was diagnosed only a few years ago, and I still feel like I don't really know or understand my triggers. I have become MORE self-aware, though, so I am making some progress. The alexithymia and poor interoception make it really difficult for me to know exactly how I feel at any given moment. But I will keep watching your videos if you keep making them! You teach me so much! I'm immensely grateful for your videos, because they've really helped me to understand my condition. Now to watch the other videos I missed (how did THAT happen?)!
