Knowing how much your practice public speaking and English through your youtube channel, this must be such a proud moment for you to give a talk. Congrats and well deserved! This was great.
This guy is a true legend. His videos are not only visually stimulating but also has made my editors and terminal setting more fun to work with. Kudos to Takuya!
Hi Takuya, As I browse through your content for the last years, I notice how you have become more familiar with speaking in English. Your pronunciation is getting better and better. Great job! Your commitment surely paid off. You have inspired me to switch career and next Monday, I will start in my 1st position as a Web developer. Thank you for your hard work!
That's a lovely compliment to say, I completely agree! It's not easy to master multiple languages; it's certainly impressive, down to pronunciation. I'm inspired! And good on you as well, godspeed! Hope all goes well in your new chapter :)
Who else checked many times if they were on the correct channel when they saw TJ and Prime intro? Thought youtube bugged out for a sec haha. Btw, I followed your tutorials and setup my own terminal and nvim. I also like your product inkdrop, but im still a broke student so I think ill wait till I find a job
I Appreciate your hard work and commitment to the case. Especially your videos are to my liking. I learned a lot about NeoVim and you’re actually the initiator and the cause why I‘m going that rabbit hole in the first place. 👍
Not sure why but I always feel happy when content creators I watch talk about each other. I've been watching you for some years now and this made me smile!
the fact that you have tj and primeagen introduce you is out of this world for me , all 3 of you were a huge inspiration for me to start my dev journey
hi, why you use Mac? is more better for u and your skils, use Linux with tiling manager like i3, bspwm, etc with excelent tools like rofi, polybar, tmux and others
Was a random Video for me clicked it. Was procastinating before opening it, but man "Hell yeah", was my best action, cuz if not had I pressed it, I might never want to code again. You kinda saved me. Thanks!
Found a note about the Vim editor in the Codepen settings: Key Bindings I've been using Vim about 2 years now, mostly because I can`t figure out how to exit it.
I have two guesses, he either uses the Blackmagic device and the configuration is such that he's able to overlay one video over another OR he does a post-production step when editing the videos and the foreground video is desaturated somehow and the opacity is reduced whilst maintaining the integrity of the code. I'm not entirely certain about these two options, but that's all I can think of
I've been a big fan of your work and when I got to see you give this talk at NvimConf it was such a delightful surprise! I think I will incorporate a similar HSL workflow into my own theme. Such a great talk, Cheers!
I saw prime in the start I thought I pressed the wrong vedio

😂 facts

yeah me too..

So happy to watch your videos and know that they have always been the highest content quality and that everybody else also sees it
Bro is stuck at 1990 with a $6k monitor 😂
the fact that you have tj and primeagen introduce you is out of this world for me , all 3 of you were a huge inspiration for me to start my dev journey
Couldn't agree more! I can relate so much here.

On a different note, can you please share your firefox css config. The compact UI looks great.
Was a random Video for me clicked it. Was procastinating before opening it, but man "Hell yeah", was my best action, cuz if not had I pressed it, I might never want to code again. You kinda saved me. Thanks!

Finally, I heard your voice, brother. 😎
You are such an inspiration!!!
I am already using it for nvim, I would like a good soul to create for VS Code
Love neovim from his videos, but I can't learn that ...
If this theme appeared in vscode, it would be super hot😉
it is.
How to be a beautiful person like DevAsLife?
Amazing work!
Which internet browser did you use in this video?
hello . I living japan and i really like your video .
Amazing! I have a question: How do you make possible to present your camera as the background and the window view in front of this?
I have two guesses, he either uses the Blackmagic device and the configuration is such that he's able to overlay one video over another OR he does a post-production step when editing the videos and the foreground video is desaturated somehow and the opacity is reduced whilst maintaining the integrity of the code. I'm not entirely certain about these two options, but that's all I can think of
What is this font family that shows in the video?
how to do this effect for code screen?
can you make a video on why you use neovim over vscode with vim keybinds?
love your energy! just a quick question, how did you edit the video so that the code editor is just blurred on the background?
No need to edit the video. Just set your terminal bg transparent/blurry and record it.
thx, sensei. This is good exp for us!
I love this. I'm so happy to see this collab.
Akhirnya aku menunggu di minggu ini

my solarized-osaka theme doesn't look anything like his what he shows in his videos , how to get the same look in my neovim ?
I made VSCode transparent to mimic this setup LOL, you guys are so weird, life is as simple as you make it.
