Pretty good job sir....I remember doing a 1971 Dodge Tradesman 100 Van interior just like what you're doing now....Hard on the body but great lookin' work.
Gosh, that was a mess, and it came out okay in the end. But it took 8 minutes for you to show "Step 1: Remove window." This is why I seldom actually watch videos, but have to jump forward to avoid the draggy bits.
It does suck. I didn't enjoy doing it at all. I still have a section that I still need to replace on mine. Granted it's not too bad but I want to replace it anyways. I just don't want to start that mess again. Good Luck! I feel for you. I know what your going through.
It was the cheapest board I could find at Lowe's. I don't remember exactly what the board is called. It's the really cheap white board with the brown back. I think it's made out of wood.

Thanks! It was a lot of work but well worth it. I don't want to do it again anytime soon though. haha
Nice job, man. Looks way better. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks 👍

The original insulation appears to have black mold and you didn't replace it. Dangerous sleeping area.
What kind of board did you use to replace the ceiling??
I'm not sure exactly what the board is called but it came from Lowe's. It was quarter inch board with one side being white.
If you throw some white paint on the board the screws will not be noticeable.
Yeah that's what I'm hoping for for. Later on this year when I redo the interior I'm going to paint those boards.
What type of board did you use and where did you purchase it
I got the board from Lowe’s. It’s called a White Wall Panel.
what kind of board did you use
I used what Lowe's calls Smooth White Hardboard Wall Panel.
Doing mine now. This work sucks. It takes fortitude to do it.

what's the board made of? We're replacing a few panels in our truck camper, looking for anything that will make it work for a reasonable price
