@TwoRailfans thank you. It runs great lost some speed going from dc to dcc ,that happens cause the motor will never see more than 14v . I did find a motor that has 12000 rpm at 12v to try 2000 more than what's in it. I just don't want to lose pulling power it can pull 35 cars now so we will see.
