The shirt embroidery quality looks so good! I do wish you could do a drop with a slightly less cutesy design, like the luna moth! It matched my style more than the others.

The totes are so cute! I actually think I'd rather have a pocket on the side of the bag that isn't against my body. It feels like it would be easier to reach into it that way. But ultimately it doesn't make tooooo much of a difference to me personally
Long as the crease doesnt affect the transfer while pressing it shouldn't matter. The crease will eventually fall out anyways with use. I prefer the pouch being agianst my body also

Random but I actually like the way you had the layout in the notebook at 14:00. I like having a running list on my left then being able to break it down by day. I just end up doing it in my bullet journal, cause I have never personally seen a planner pad with that layout.

You should get a big teflon sheet that covers the top of the press and attach it with strong magnets on the side so you don't have to use the silicone paper every time. So it should be more efficient and cost-effective! I've worked in a shop that sells all kinds of things for pressing clothes and it was always recommended. Hope this helps! :)

I really think you should price the totes how you “should” rather than how you’d like - pretty sure most of the people buying things from your shop wants you to have a fair cut/get paid for the work you put into each and every design and item 🫶🏻

I would get a little mini heat press to do the inside pockets of the tote bags. It would be much quicker work. And you could use it for your DTF logos on the inside of T shirts and sweatshirts too.
Wouldn’t it be easier to have multiple pillows to press multiple totes so you can keep it inside for the second press then pull it out? like press 5 totes then remove the plastic press again take out the pillows rinse and repeat ^_^
