- July 2020 ride out in Rockford, MN in intense heat and complete with banal commentary from yours truly. This is a really mellow trail but I was happy to see that they have since added in some new features. The brand new rock garden section that goes around the tree is undoubtedly the most technical thing here and a welcome addition so thanks to MORC and the trail crew for that.

Lake Rebecca sure has some nice flow, not quite as fun as elm Creek I think but it's still fun for sure. Very nice video keep it up :)
Thank you. And I definitely agree with you on Elm being more fun, in fact it has become even more fun lately as they’ve added some nice jumps and bigger berms in the prairie sections this year. They also put some bigger lips on the jumps at the end of Grizzland last time I was out there. It would be awesome to see trails like Murphy and Rebecca follow suit.
Rebecca has good flow with some fast sections. According to trialforks there is almost 900' of climbing if you do the whole 14 mile loop so it is a great workout. Rebecca is part of my normal weekly rotation as well as elm and Bertram. Good vid.
Michael DeVries Good call. I was off the mark with my 12 mile commentary. Right after the ride I checked and it wound up being just over 14 miles. Can definitely see if you frequent this trail you could carry some serious speed through parts and hit the flow state. Fun trail but I do hope they can find a way to sneak in some more features in the future.
