Binago lang namin ang sukat ng bahay...sa Video po ay 9x7..sa amin ay 8x10. Karamihan kasi ng bahay dto sa amin sa probinsya halos pare-pareho na ang style ng loob...kaya common na..wala ng excitement kapag papasok sa loob ng bahay..sa amin lang dw naiba ang loob...
ito yung ginaya kung floorplan para sa bahay na ipapatayo ko nextyear..i hope na matuloy NA sana!! AMEN

Sa lahat ng napanood ko ito lng yung na gustohan ko na house design. Kasi yung lot area ko is my sukat na 45ft by 19ft at. Nag re size lng ako at yung kalabasan is my house area ako na 32ft by 16ft. My garage ako na 9ft at sa right side my 4ft ako for kitchen and washing area. Napaka ganda yung kinalabasan.

It is so good but one thing only..the t&b is closer to the food area, all the smell from the toilet can spread in the kitchen.

Standard layout is that private quarters and bathroom is on one side of the house and day rooms like living room and the kitchen are on the other. I, personally am not a fan of how rhe bedrooms were placed as well as how you exit the toilet directly into the kitchen, also, the livibg room space would visually and actually be bigger if it was in straight line with the kitchen. House looks nice on the outside though and I likecthe roof.

@@ManzanoGraphicStudio you are welcome. We have just finished having our house built according to my own drawing. Also, try making the kitchen and the bathroom back to back to simplify the plumbing. Always thing like this: ok this is my house. It is pouring outside and I am carrying my shopping bags...will i get wet untill I unlock the door, once I get in where do I put my shoes, keys, where do I put down my shopping bags ...is there a couch blocking my way while I am carrying my bags in the kitchen...etc . A house must be practical for living....
