I'm so glad you are taking a lot away from this video! I always suggest going to a studio- getting those eyes and hands on instruction is the ultimate!!
You could do this series of steps at a barre so that you can grab the barre to help yourself balance. I would put the barre behind you so as you come to retire and sous-sus it is accesible and then you can flip back to the tendu devant without the barre. Also just practicing pique to sous-sus and practicing plie retire and sliding the leg to sous-sus while at the barre would help as well.

Hi, what can I do to practise keeping my balance? Everytime I go up on sous-sus I lose my balance and ruin the entire turn.
