I am 59, and old school. Landscape mostly. Ansel Adams stuff. I put my old film Nikon, Ricoh, and Canon cameras down 30 years ago...about the mid 90's. These videos are so awesome. They are getting me up to speed and getting me shooting stuff again. I only had maybe 30 decent photos in my whole life. I think this changed that. With film, your exposures were precious. Now I can shoot stuff just willy-niilly.. and go crazy !!! I'm used to film and manual. I cannot believe what these cameras can do. I bought a used 60d, a couple of used lenses for it, and it is blowing my little mind. I literally can't fathom this stuff. It is so incredible. You are showing a cave man how to make fire. Thank you. By the Way.... The reason why I got back into photography and am trying to learn digital...is because I have Stage 4 Cancer, and I am not working, so I have time on my hands between chemo. So, for what it is worth, you are helping me enjoy a thing I once loved, and you are helping me get back into it. Your tutorials are easy for me to understand, even with "chemo-brain". ...Don't worry....I am beating the cancer, thanks to a new immunotherapy drug. I might , ....and I am determined to live. SO thank you for your videos. They made a big difference to at least 1 person that really needed this. It's actually like a blessing to me. In fair trade, If you ever need advice on a property, at no charge, I am at your disposal sir. It's the least I can do for you.... I was one of the top guys in my field. I am retired now, but I was on the Luxury Home Panel of experts for all the Wall Street Banks, The Euro banks, and I worked as Expert Witness for the top Attorneys in the US, and the Dept. of HUD. I also personally developed and invested in properties, from 1 family homes to 200 unit apartment buidings. And I started about 7 different property companies. Back in my prime, I was an industry expert and pretty hot.
It really doesn't help having a really loud music intro. As impressive at it sounds, many people who live in apartments have to consider their neighbour's privacy from sound more carefully. Keeping these videos volume down to an acceptable level means turning it down to almost off completely and then having to raise it when the tutorial commences. I would appreciate it if you would consider this for future tutorials.
