NEW airlines in 2023 | My first flight on MYAirline A320 to Sibu

Welcome to my 586th flight on MYAirline A320 from Kuala Lumpur to Sibu. This is my first time flying MYAirline, which commenced the flight to SBW from KUL early this year. MYAirline initially fly twice daily between KUL and SBW, however later reduce the frequency to one daily. I bought the launching fare for RM59, which included 15kg luggage and free seat selection. The entry of MYAirline on this domestic route is very much appreciated as more competition will hopefully drive the air fares down. Apart from MYAirline, Air Asia and Malaysia Airlines are the other two airlines serving the route.

Yes, I have a good experience with them as well and hope they could expand and fly to more destinations in and out of Malaysia. Sadly, they will stop flying to SBW from next month

I saw my airlines are thry low cost or full service airlines

It is a new low cost airlines in Malaysia, started last year and has been expanding gradually to some destinations outside Malaysia (Thailand and Singapore).

@xijiayu it doesn't make sense for another low cost airlines to fly to same destinations as air asia plus air asia has the market etc think thry plan to overtake air asia
