Yes, but not every passenger has access to lounge. I think RJ need to improve their catering. It is so much behind ME3. Not sure if it is the issue with their catering provider at BKK or not

If you need a visa to enter UAE, then you need a visa because the transit hotel is located outside the airport and you have to pass through immigration

After you made the booking, please go to Manage my booking and check if you qualify for the free accommodation. There will be an option for you to register for the free accommodation if your ticket qualifies. Otherwise, you won't get free accommodation on arrival at DXB

Thanks for the comment and glad to know you have positive experience with them. I only flew them once and I managed to check in online for return flight and got the hotel to print the BP for me, to save money for airport check in. Recently flew Jet2 and I must admit they are better than Sun Express, easyjet, Wizzair and of course Ryanair. Airport check in is free for Jet2 and cabin bag is free as well even though you don't have checked luggage

Yes, it is located at landside, i.e. you need to clear immigration and enter Malaysia. I believe there are a number of transit hotels in the international transit zones at KLIA T2, where you don't have to clear immigration
