Does it make the roof stiffer
Tempted to try this as have used Renovo on my Saab 9.3 - goes everywhere with brush ! Like idea of cloth and sponge !
Was going to use autoglymn shampoo and same product sealer after dying ?
Hi there, as well as the Fabricoat (dye), the Convertible Roof Restoration Kit contains a Fabric Cleaner to help remove any dirt/grime/staining and a Fabric Protector to help protect against any future staining and fading.
I do car detailing and have done several roofs for customers but I can never find a waterproofer that actually works or lasts. Tried Renovo's product and never lasted, then tried Fabsil and Fabsil Gold same results. Sure they bead but don't really last and now trying Graingers tent/material product. Any thoughts on a long lasting product..
Did you try this one?
Good question
fairplay i'm sold
Ford StreetKa
Currently only £14.95 delivered on Amazon, bargain price and super product:

What is the product called
Is it me or does the top look a little uneven / streaked a bit? I'm wondering if it's wise to apply this product in direct sunlight.
Yep its just you.
These products are needed in the US. ..great vid..."Yeshua / Jesus Is The Way "
they are, furniture clinic has a US distribution centre
can change the color from a black to maybe a red
I'm afraid not. It would need to be a lighter tone to a darker one
Your links are dead, and I don't seem to find it in your store anymore.
Apologies Wolvenar! We're currently in the process of switching to our new website. You can find our Convertible Roof Restoration Kit here - www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Convertible_Roof_Restoration_Kit
@@FurnitureClinic Thank you!
does this work on vinyl roofs?
Yes it does
I have since been on your website, and under the FAQ for this product, it is mentioned that this is not suitable for Vinyl
Apologies, I thought it stated the option of this within the video information. For vinyl, you use the leather colourant kit instead of the fabric one - www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Leather_Colourant_Kit
@@FurnitureClinic are there any videos where you do a Vinyl top? and how long will it last? I've seen a few products and they look great for about 60 days and then go to shit.
Can someone who brought the product give us and honest review? Can’t seem to find anyone else talking about it.
Watch this guys video. He uses furniture clinics products and the results pretty good.

Can i dye my black jeans with this solution? Lol
The fabricoat works on all absorbent fabric.
what did you actually use as the mould remover? I have this green crap growing all lover my soft top and nothing removes it, tired Autoglym and Turtle Wax products, both are utterly a wast re of money, time and effort.
We've developed our mould remover for this as we couldn't fins a product on the market that got the results we wanted either - www.furnitureclinic.com/Mould_Remover if your in the US or Canada, www.furnitureclinic.co.uk/Mould_Remover if your in the UK or rest of the world
Try RaggTopp. Their cleaner is for Fabric or Vinyl & you can choose your protestant for one or the other. Got the set, both 16oz bottles w/sprayer, on Amazon for $34.99. Touched my 12yo top right up.
A lot more complicated than Renovo
Maybe so however, I tried Renovo. Expensive and poor performance if one is looking to get that deep factory black. Our fabric roof lives in the shade, wasn't too bad but I wanted to "bring it back" as it were. Renovo failed plain and simple.
You state any convertible roof. Mines vinyl.
why in the world would you not open the doors to avoid paint on windows? Elephant in the room?
It will have been to avoid any inside the car. It will easily wipes off windows as glass can't absorb the dye.
