      @@DZ-kl6ek I think its closed system as only heat leaves the condenser coil no mass flow out of refrigerator. Correct me if i am wrong.

    I always thought it was a chemical like liquid nitrogen being released into the fridge, I didn't know that it was just a liquid cooling system...

      Nope, It has a Freon Gas (R134A) Refrigerant in it. Which makes the Refrigerating process much more efficient. And not Liquid Nitrogen or Water.

      @@briancooley8777 R410A is what my Air Conditioner uses. I have checked but my refrigerator doesn't use it instead it uses the old R134A. You're right about that though.

    To help simplify. The compressor pressurizes the refrigerant which raises the temperature and makes it easy to get rid of the heat outside the refrigerator. The expansion device then drastically lowers the pressure which makes it very cold. It then goes into the fridge where the cold pipes now absorb the heat in the fridge. And the cycle continues.

    Very informative in the simplest way possible. Thank you for the upload. Pardon my ignorance but what does it mean by "when liquid condenses" at 0:38. Condensation is the conversion of gas into a liquid so isn't only gas supposed to condensate?

    thank for useful video. I have one opinion that you should find some basic properties about the temperature, or pressure of freezer and cooler in refrigerator. And explain little about the energy consumption of a typical refrig. It would be more realistic!

    I just want to know how the cooling from the freezer enters the fridge? I see US fridges have FANS/Ventelators which move the cold air, but I have never seen a fridge with a fan in europe. how do they work?
