    Agree on everything. i couldn't believe how clear the camera is on my 2022 bighorn. Love this truck! I will say i do wish the exhaust brake would stay on once pressed like the fog lights do

    Man this is so strange! I bought my 2018 silverado and stumbled upon your channel and basically built the same truck you had. Now I just bought a 21 cummins bighorn and I stumble upon your channel again and low and behold....you have the same truck lol! What in the world!

    Literally just ordered this same truck. Color trim and all. Coming from a 2018 Laramie mega cab in delmonico as well. Put 399k on that one was a great truck!

    The Rams are good trucks.
    However, with a tune on a 2017 Silverado, with AutoSync and BTDiesel, one can set the fogs to be on with the headlights as well as brights among other tweaks.
    Still, good to see one doesn't have to do that with the RAM/
    Always good vids, John, thanks! :)

    Sweet truck! And happy new year man.
    I don't have a truck (yet) but looking at 2 options:
    1. '14+ Tundra Double Cab
    or
    2. Ram 2500

    RAM smashed the interior. So true compared to GM they really haven’t changed anything in years

    Subbed! I can’t wait to get my first Cummins coming up around June. If you don’t mind, would you say how much your monthly payment and/or how much down you put? A lot of people don’t realize how much these bad ass trucks cost. Thanks man.

    • @JohnWargo93
      @JohnWargo93  2 роки тому

      Appreciate the support! My payments are unlike most… I put $0 down and did 0% for 36 months so I pay $1765/mo. But I’ll have a title in 2 years from now so that’s the best. Built my truck online for $68k, got it for $58k, and after tax/title/tags I financed $63k.

      @@JohnWargo93 wow I was not expecting that! I was thinking an 800 a month payment was high lol. 1750 a month is crazy but getting it paid off quick is nice tho so I’m with you on that.

    Nice Truck man. I currently have a Ford F150 with a 5.0. I'm thinking about getting a Cummins for my next truck. I don't pull alot of things with my current truck, but I do work in construction and have a Ridgid tool box in my bed with other portable tool boxes pack out set. So I really don't think I need a diesel, but I do love the way they sound. Would you recommend I just stay with a Gas power plant or get the diesel?

    • @JohnWargo93
      @JohnWargo93  Рік тому +1

      Eh honestly I know there’s a cost savings buying a gas vs. a diesel but from my research the diesel trucks get better fuel mileage in general over the 6.4L gas trucks. But then of course diesel fuels costs a lot more too so it’s probably a wash either way. Definitely a preference thing I’d say. Diesel you have to run DEF, and change fuel filters out when you do oil changes so that’s an added expense. But personally I’ve just always wanted a turbo diesel truck so it’s what really helped my decision. I knew if I bought another gas truck I’d be unhappy with it since I’ve always had the dream to hear that turbo whistle and to feel the diesel torque!

    really dont understand how you only have 10k subs. just got rid of my 2017 f250 platty for a 2019 ram 3500 longbed single wheel. the platty has one of tose 1/3rd antennas

      @@JohnWargo93 yeah, I could type for days… brake pedal creaks like an old persons back… trailer light plug on the bumper pulled completely out bringing the plastic with it so now it won’t stay in the bumper, the cheap tradesman chrome clad wheels have cracked around edges. Emissions gave me a fault at 3500 miles. I call them Covid cars… there are other issues… if it rains the headlights fog inside horribly… that’s enough.

      @@carlosh6497 I get that it’s a tradesman but parts should still be of decent quality and craftsmanship. 58k dollars for a base model truck. I will not hold it against ram. Times are different and I have had many good trucks made by them… this one though 🤷‍♂️
