Yea it was a bad design then and it's bad now. This was the last thing s&s needed. With all the problems they have been having they didn't need anither prototype garbage coaster. They should have brought back the arrow suspended swinging coaster but have it open bottom trains. People would have bought that. This is just stupid.
@ hard to market a prototype single rail coaster when you already have a prototype single rail coaster, not a good choice from a marketing standpoint plus there are lots of other unique family coaster options to choose from
This would work really well with the style of seating that bobsled coasters have where it's two people to a seat. If this becomes a reality, I think it should have some sort of design where you could have two to a seat. Or they could even think about a 3-4 to a seat design. That's never been tried on a rollercoaster before.
The brake fins on the bottom look cool - like razor blades or knives. Here's a theming idea for S&S: Holiday World should install one of these and theme it as THE CHEESE SLICER, to accompany Good Gravy!
I feel like S&S should focus on perfecting a couple ride models rather than trying to make a model for every demographic, no park is gonna use them for every attraction, and no ones going to pick an S&S family coaster over a proven model. They should just focus on the air launch, axis, and 4th dimension and put all their R&D into making those compelling high thrill coasters
Great America? Hell no we don’t want anymore family coasters. We 100% need to be a thrill oriented park and our next coaster after raksasha needs to be a massive headliner
@Random_Eebs I understand where you're coming from, I also really want a headliner coaster, and I really hope it happens, but if six flags keeps going with slightly above average thrill coasters, then it would go nowhere. I would much rather prefer an amazing family thrill over another B+ teir coaster. Again I agree they should go with a headline attraction first, but after they install that, it would be awesome if they knocked down mediocre rides like the log flumes, or even better and add in a family thrill coaster that both families and thoosies would love. Also if sfga didn't want families, they wouldn't have announced a kids area for our 50th anniversary (why couldn't they have just given us a super boomerang?)
@@R-craft95 Unreliable? Why? Rollercoasters do make a lot of noise. Nothing special. Where could you here the Spike Coaster in real? There are many Coasters, which are expensive to maintain. Also nothing special.
@@mcpointer756 the spike coaster uses a rack on the track and a gear on the train while other powered coaster uses tires. The rack and the gear breaks very often because of the speed, heat or fast acceleration / deceleration. The spike coaster also have a lower capacity because of its 2 seat per train. So I think that the S&S version is better
TRASH!!!!! These manufacturers keep coming up with ways to make small-scale boring coasters because the bottom line is very few major thrill attractions are going to be added anytime soon we're going to get a couple I'm not saying we're not getting any but we're not going to get many, the majority of the auditions for the next at least 5 years are going to be these boring little family thrill things that aren't worth even looking at
I dont understand why everybody is making these mono track coasters. They are all horrible mechanical nightmares. And this one won't be any better. And thus design has proven to be bad on many occasions. Why do you think arrow stopped using this track design? Because it fell appart.
Not the TT2 teasers music 😭 if one of these opens I don’t want it to shut down after a week
Lmbo
Hey this is just the Steeplechase coaster with the middle bit filled in

S&S's take on a single rail. LET'S GO!
This would be really cool as a family coaster, I could lowkey see this at Knotts or six flags fiesta Texas
Fiesta Texas already has a single rail so it would be hard to market
@ I don’t know how I forgot about that 😭 I was just thinking of the family coaster concept, well if not SFFT maybe St. Louis
@@coastersnsuchthis would be a family coaster so it’s pretty different than Wonder Woman. I think they could fit both

Looks great!
The song is copyright free I believe, called "the final lap". Actually thought it was made for CP by the artist a year ago 😂
OK this looks rlly good!
Looks awesome!!
Is no one gonna mention the top thrill 2 music?
it Definitely looks like a family coaster or a Family Thrill coaster
True form of single rail coaster
Yea have a mass blade at the bottom of each car! Great design
This is really interesting
🔥
It perfect for Disney World Space mountain 🎉
cool ngl
Already cured by the TT2 music
Right as Kingda Ka closes this gets announced.
using the Top Thrill 2 music for this is crazy
Pre-marketed for Dollywood or SDC
A modern and more exciting version of Steeplechase, I love it!
kennywood should get this.
I think this would be good at a park like adventuredome with limited space
Should make a launch version
This is as if the Spike Coaster and the single rail got a baby but if Maurer and RMC are related
Idk, it does what the single rail coaster can already do or can do
!! AYO THE RESTRAINTS ARE OPEN !!
This looks fun
Dear S&S, stop doing drugs.
I see you S&S!
What’s the name of the background music?
This is actually really cool and unique!
Put it in Planet Coaster 2.
They can’t put it in a game 😂
@@Tail1704why?

Sfga needs more kids coasters. So I'm looking at them for that and totally not because that's my home park.

What ever happened to the other ones? 🤔
Kingda ka replacement?
Imagine😭
Doesn't seem like it's meant for inversions so unless it's cheaper than an RMC I don't see why anyone would build one
Not the TT2 music 💀
Yeah every park I said I wanted to get a Skyline Trailrunner, get one of these instead.
Rmc copy? No just family coaster
Not big on it...a second lift hill is not good.
🔥🔥🔥
Looks like a way better alternative to the Spike coaster from Maurer
Why should it be better?

they should make a more intense version of this ride.
1:12 there's no way people wouldnt smack there heads, or at least their hands
Who is this ride type even for??
Mostly families and people with children who aren't big enough for high-thrill attractions.
thats just a maurer spike coaster without the track spikes or powerred part
