Creating an offer that is tailored for your specific prospects increases your chances of converting that specific demographic. Trying to get anyone and everyone is a bad idea and you have to research the best target market that you can specify your pitch into. Thanks for this, man!
I don't think this is helpful for someone starting out because someone starting out wouldn't have built a website for anyone where they've increased their revenue by 200K. Can you please do a video on someone who is just starting out? I have the skills the built websites, but I don't know how to get clients or "niche down". Also is niching down always good? For example, if I "niche down" on building websites for "plastering companies". Is that a smart thing to do? Most don't even have websites, I assume because they see no value in it.
You literally just answered your last question! If they don’t have website, go for it! Show them the value, show them other websites data and since you can build websites do it for them also.
So basically, at least some of your email success hinges on just making up BS, right? For instance, for the first example you start off by saying _"we rebuilt X's website and it netted them an additional 200k in revenue."_ But...none of that is true; you just made that up. Even IF a web designer had actually rebuilt a client's website, they have no way of proving the new website was responsible for a boost in revenue. Then in the next example, you start off by saying, _"A friend told me about Patch of Land,..."_
Can you please suggest some which will help me to acquire Small/Home based business owners who needs bookkeeping assistance or CPA/Accounting firms who needs supporting hands to do bookkeeping?
What proved to be working fine to me, is just collecting all emails and only if you notice instantly it's too good then skip it. Otherwise I find myself wasting way to much time on one website analyzing it.

Do you target all leads you can find (even the ones with perfect websites)? Or do you look for websites that could be improved?
