You can purchase the FIAT 500 LED lightbulbs from the affiliate links below: LED Light Bulbs, Super Bright 6000k 360 Adjustable Plug&play, Pack of 2 amzn.to/4fNkSW2
I wanna buy these to use in my FIAT, but you don't mention in the video or the next, if these are dual beam? Do the brights still work or are these just so bright that using the high beams on the steering column does nothing?
@@houstonjones7500 I bought these and they have a separate high beam that is even brighter. I am pretty darn impressed. I did keep the dust covers on it, but drilled tiny holes to help ventilate the lights.
I put them in our 500 Abarth when the passenger light went out. I did continue to use the dust covers but drilled a bunch of very small holes in them for ventilation. Seems to work well, and the headlights are just a huge difference from stock. Much brighter and whiter light. Love it... thanx for the quick video!
Nice explanatory video! The only thing I could add is that sometimes it's necessary to adjust the beam by turning the bulb over its housing, for that there is a screw on the side of the bulb to losen it up so you can turn it, then the angle of the beam needs to be adjusted most of the time to not blind other drivers. I'll see how it goes when I install mine.
Much better than the factory halogen bulbs. I too need LED or Xenon headlights to see at night. Great video, EJ, to show how easy they are for anyone to replace.
When you can could you update how well they are at night and if you definitely have no issues with them blinking out. Looking into these for my abarth 500 for headlight and fog
It is weird to me that when I try to find these lights in an auto parts store, all I can find are ones intended for the Fog Lights only. Why aren't led lights made specifically for the headlights sold anywhere except online?
I did this upgrade today with the same Lasfit 9012 Hir2 LED bulbs on my 2013 Fiat 500 Abarth, had no issues using the original dust cap. Just wondering if they changed the design?
Thanks for the video. I would never have bothered to make the upgrade without it. Like another poster pointed out make sure the LED panels are at 9 and 3 o'clock position to avoid blinding oncoming traffic. If you are not sure, rotate the bulb gently after mounting till the pigtail is at the 6 O'clock position. Hope this helps.

It is very bright without the high beam which helps a lot in our dark neighborhood

It is so much brighter than the stock. It helped a lot because we don’t have street lights
@@ejsgarage Just to confirm - you changed the low/dipped beam headlights and not the high/full bean headlight bulbs?

My pleasure. Good job on using the dust covers.
Brought through your link and installed the bulbs. I can see so much better driving at night! Thanks for this video. Very helpful. 👍🏾
That’s awesome Lynda. The new bulbs help us to see the road better at night.
IMPORTANT: You must "clock" (rotate) the LED bulbs so the LEDs point 3:00 and 9:00 to get good light output! Lastly, re-aim your headlights!
Thank you very much Dennis
How do you do that

Thank you very much. I am going to test it tomorrow and make an update video on how bright it is at night.
@@ejsgarage Yes, I’m sure we all want to see the results at night.
Ayus pare..been thinking about upgrading to these lights after getting a fiat recently 🎉
It is so much better at night especially when our neighborhood doesn't have street lights
@@ejsgarage looking forward to try..subscribed! Looking fwd to your future fiat vids

Hello! Good video! You should use larger caps for fiat 500 you can easily find it on eBay! To avoid moisture and dust in the headlights
Thank you for the tip

Yes, you can use it for your Fiat pop. My pleasure Christina 😀
First of all awesome work 🙏 May i ask does the cluser indicates error after switching the lightbulbs? That would be a huge help 🙌
Thank you very much. No error message after the install
@@ejsgarage highly appreciated 🙏🙏 I am planning to install Philips h7 LED's. Hope the results will be similar 🙌
Thanks!

These are very specialized light bulbs and they only sell them online
Wonderful car 🔝🏆🥇 and a very good light transformation 🤗
Thank you very much
Is leaving the cap off and leaving all the harness and cables exposed bad? Could it cause problems if it got wet or something?
It should be ok. There is a cap retrofit on eBay that you can buy if you are concerned about it.
@@ejsgarage what do I search on eBay. Can you link it ? I tried looking last night and came out empty handed
