I still prefer Hallandale beach Florida beautiful city good beaches and restaurants and a growing businesses and communities and a good nightlife.

It’s ridiculous. They did a great job staging it. I’ve sold a few in the past few years and every homeowner loves the space. It’s not in everyone’s budget obviously but we can all be dreamers am I right! Lol.

Is waterset in a flood zone? Also went to Homes by Westbay and you cannot access floor plans or information about the homes they just show pictures and the only thing you can do is click visit to set up an appointment.

Im still confused on these master communities. So for example if Waterset has 3 pools it doesn’t matter where in water set you live you get access to all?
You get access to all pool… and they have 4!
There is a power plant in Apollo Beach. Would that cause the water or air pollution in the town?
It’s on city water so everything goes through a filtration process. Living in Apollo beach is not new and I have not heard of any issues over the years

Couldn’t agree More. Jerrell and Kristy are over there now and I worked with both of them in starkey and bexley and they crush it! Love the bayshore 2 model but they are all pretty nice. Glad you love where you live! Thanks again for the input

@@kavitabagade2274 thanks for clarification. They don’t unfortunately build one bedroom homes here. The smallest would be a two bedroom villa or a three bedroom home.
