Many people who have read the books, reread them multiple times. They are that good. They are long but it goes fast because you are so focused on the story. Book 1 was my favorite out of all of them. 😊
The narration of Claire in S1 E1 has to come full circle. She is narrating as an old woman looking back on her life. I think its ashame after Brianna & Roger buy an fix up Jamies childhood home his Father built that Jamie isnt allowed to time travel to live out his life with his wife an his family
Mostly I am concerned about what is not written yet . Diana Gabaldon is not so young anymore, will she be able to finish all those novells she started , Is'nt she end 70 's. Mostly book 10 worries me As i am an old lady to i am inpatient. If all ends in 1800, Claire will be 83 and Jamie 77, good luck for them. I would conclude this way: they try to time travel together and disappear in oblivion, together for ever.
If you read the last book, you will know it isn't going to "end." My prediction is they will wait a few years for Diana Gabaldon to write the final book, then it will be a (another) huge movie or series to finally wrap it up. 💰💰 The last book was incredibly sloppy and tired. It's time.
Not sure about the season 8 ending but I think in the 10th and final book Jamie will die and a heart-broken Claire will remain in the past, regularly visiting his graveside, always with a glass of whisky, her toast: “Here’s to seeing you again in about 200 years’ time my darling.”
Why is S8 limited to only 10 episodes when other seasons ran for 16 episodes in S1, 12 in most of the others except for S6 when there were just 8. That was because Cait was pregnant and they had lifted the belt on her costume as far as it would go without strangling her! S8 deserved to have sufficient episodes to provide an ending that was more than just acceptable. Too late now obviously but it’s a shame that unspoken factors were allowed to skew the adaptation instead of following the books more closely. It comes as no surprise that Outlander was at the top of STARZ’s roster. What is surprising is that it was treated like a stepchild, with lackluster and sparse publicity, droughtlanders that stretched the seasons out as well as the fans’ patience. Many simply gave up. It’s frustrating to know that the finished season is in the can, so to speak, but be forced to wait 6 months or more to see it. Then we are told the S8 is a wrap and the “possible” premiere might be late 2025 or early 2026. W H Y?? Consider the fans, for crying out loud. MY fondest wish is that I will still be alive by then and there are no doubt many more women with the same thought! 🤯☹️

@@SR-iy4gg that’s my point not all redheads age the same way the cousin I mentioned she’s only three younger than me she’s 47 and I’ll be 50 in a few months time I’ve got far more silver hair than her whilst she’s retained a beautiful dark vibrant auburn hue but she has red hair because of her maternal grandmothers family the oneills . There’s other red beads in my family namely her brother Damien and a few second cousins who get it through the gleesons and then a coiled of Kennedy cousins in Ireland are red head but that’s hardly surprising given that Ireland is second behind Ireland in terms of redheads in relation to population and if we count NI which has a 1.9 add it to the ROI and out of the 7 or so million it’s roughly about 10% or so of Irish people are some form of redhead Scotland is higher with its 5.5 million and 13% of those are redheads. That’s a substantial figure when you think the entire global percentage is only 2% !! . But speaking as someone who is of Irish descent the likelihood of you being redheaded would increase if you have either Irish or Scottish heritage which explains Australian USA and Canadian redheads as a lot of those would have some form of Celtic heritage because it’s a very specific gene the MR1 gene .
I paid for a box video series that said complete 😮 I do not have cable waited to watch all together now unhappy still no closure till you finish and I have to spend more money 🤑
I wouldnt mind if they actually looked their supposed ages like the thumbnail but its laughable how they havent aged
Esperado la temporada 8. De Outlander
It's really no different the twilight series and they end book was leaked and she shut down and didn't write another....very sad. Wish people would respect writers more
I’m stopping at Series 6. Sounds like no commentaries on series 7. I’ll read up what happens somewhere.
why can't they do the books in order even book 10 that is on the way too...:( they have other lives I get it but it should finish
I am confused ... so there are two more seasons - 7 part 2 and then 8?
Part 2 is a continuation of Season 7 Part 1 and will have 8 episodes. And then there is Season 8, the final season, with 10 episodes
Everything is sadly VERY RUSHED!!!!😢
Explain this: Why haven't Jamie and Claire aged throughout the episodes?
Agreed - it’s ridiculous. I mean they’ve aged a little but their faves and bodies have hardly changed. 🤷🏻♀️
They have.

If you read the last book, you will know it isn't going to "end." My prediction is they will wait a few years for Diana Gabaldon to write the final book, then it will be a (another) huge movie or series to finally wrap it up. 💰💰 The last book was incredibly sloppy and tired. It's time.
Jamie will probably not ever get a chance to have a good relationship with his son😢

Qu'ils meurent ensemble 😢
This is a endless story.audiences Abuse. They need to fired the production company and giv e it to someone who wants to run with it
All they care about is money unfortunately
The actors don’t want to continue so its not about the production company or money
Not sure about the season 8 ending but I think in the 10th and final book Jamie will die and a heart-broken Claire will remain in the past, regularly visiting his graveside, always with a glass of whisky, her toast: “Here’s to seeing you again in about 200 years’ time my darling.”
Nope. Diana has already said multiple times that they won't be dying in her tenth book.
Then why did Diana tell Sam the ending? Diana does a lot of double speak at times.
😢

How are you doing today?
Where do you live?
It will help me to know when to chat with you.
Does she tell us why she slept with Laura John
Do you mean Lord John? Lord John marries Claire when they think Jamie drowned in a ship wreck. John is concerned and thinks Claire is at risk of being charged with sedition. They sleep together after a drunken night of grieving Jamie.
Mentira no la quiere a cler siempre se la regalo a Fran el se fue con otras y cuando recio la. Hija se quedó con ella
I refuse to watch anymore of these videos. They tease you about information on the rest of the series. The series did well enough, but the books are awesome. Just waiting for #10.
