    The first case makes me cry. The man had evidence, had love and he got robbed of thousands of dollars. The girl was so hostile and cold to him, she even smiled during the results while this man's heart broke. Honey, even if he is not your bio dad - this man gave you a birthday every year and your picture up for 18 years. So many questions - who was the child support going to, how did the bio mom got the picture?? I don't know I think the adoptive mom may be lying a bit cuz she wanted to adopt her.

      Child support might have been going to the bio mother and she might have been paying it to the adoptive mother. Adoptive mother probably gave her the photos as well.

      I must admit, the smile from the daughter when the results were read, hurt my soul. But her other body language had me thinking that maybe, just maybe, she WAS hoping he was her father. 🤷🏾

    I hate the fact that in the first case the audience claps that every insult and every stab at the possible Dad. When in reality he's obviously done everything in his power everything that he thought would possibly work to get his daughter back nobody knows what his situation was or what his baby mama actually did to him people are so quick to judge

    The first case: the poor man is met by so much hostility. The adoptive mum could've responded better. She should've been more supportive. This man fully tried. He deserves so much more.

    That first case is super bizarre. I think that the birth mother lied to this guy and made him believe that he was Kayla’s father.
    I feel so sorry for him because after all of it, he apologized to the girl who was nothing but snotty and rude to him the entire time.

      A little late but here’s the answer from a former Foster Care caseworker. When a child is placed in someone’s care (foster parent), the State orders both parents to pay child support for their child. The money goes back to the County/State to cover some of the money being paid out to the Foster Parents (by the State). In other words, the State wants their money back!

She may not have named him because she knew he wasn't a possibility... Just told him he was to try and get him to take the baby when she was 2 wks old.

    The first case I don’t think she realizes that man don’t have a say in an adoption if mom says she doesn’t know who the father is and if a judge won’t order a test he would have to fight for it by then she’s already adopted out 😓

      The man absolutely has a say, unfortunately. My husband wanted to adopt my children. Their bio dad said no, all the way up until his rights were terminated. I couldn't be adopted either, even as a teen, because my bio dad said no. They wouldn't have tested that little girl so many times if the father didn't have a say.

    The state of Alaska failed Kayla and Mr. Brown on this. But the adoptive mom is way to hostile for what’s going on. And of course adoptive parents would be on the birth certificate that’s how it works. ** Came back to say the 2nd case made me cry 😭💖

      The adopted mother is the problem in this situation and people like her shouldn't be able to adopt she's the type of adopted mother who wants the daughter to never have contact with her birth parents and wants everything sealed so there's no chance of it.     It amazes me how easy the mothers get off and the fathers get so much hostility. A man can’t control the soil, all he can do is plant the seed. I don’t care what anyone says it’s the mothers job to know her body and who enters it.

    That poor man in the first case broke my heart. I don't understand why the girl had to be so snooty. What is the point of that? I understand and I'm glad she had a good life and was adopted by loving parents, but why be so cruel to a man that was just trying to find a daughter (or someone that he THOUGHT was his daughter) that he OBVIOUSLY loved very much. I'll never understand how some people just don't have basic compassion for someone who is obviously hurting.

    I'm a grown man almost 50yrs old but when that beautiful young woman asked that man to be her dad I just started crying. I don't think I've ever seen a case where I wanted the results to come back positive more than this. Whoever this young lady's mother is she has some explaining to do.

    With the last case, you can see Judge trying to not cry herself. The moment that young woman asked him if he still could be her daddy and him saying yes with a tight hug, I almost broke.
    She at least now can have a whole family and not just think it’s just her and her three kids. Much love y’all 💜

    I was shocked by the results in 2nd case because those 2 ladies looked almost like twins😲 But it's true that you don't have to be related by blood to be family! I hope they become family🙏🏾

    I love paternity Court.this judge get to the bottom of ever case. I just love her. I'm in tears writing this. Just a beautiful outcome.

    That 1st girl was so disrespectful..it made me sick.. she had an attitude from the start, and her mother's attitude made sense of it...its almost as if she was raised to dislike black men

      She was adopted at 3 months old...if you can give me a memory from your 3rd month I'll run with it....but lets be foreal...that anger she has was taught to her...she waa told some negative things by her adoptive parents...if she was otherwise reasonable she would have let him tell his part....
      something stinks....I mean she had 0 smoke for her birth mother who actually abandoned her...I don't buy that story of the adopted mom not knowing how the birth mom got that picture....and whonwas getting the child support he was paying...no way the adopted family knew NOTHING about him.....humor me and think about what I just wrote

    I am in heart felt tears for Mr Hampton who had so much evidence that Kayle was his daughter, then the judge using words, "the answer you have been waiting for", he smiled & I did too then this judge says, "you are not the father". How could this judge lead him on in such a hurting fashion?

    Mr Dorsey was such a nice, truthful man. Why these people keep trying to foist babies on to random men is beyond me.
    The first man was so convinced Kayla was his daughter that it was very sad she wasn't. I think the adoptive mother Knew he'd been paying child support all those years. She owns him a lot of money.

    The adoptive mom is lying. How would her bio mom have that pic? How would men be tested as a potential bio father without some communication with the bio mom. And how would she know about siblings if there was no conversation. Something isn’t right here.

    THE SECOND CASE.... I'M CHOKED TOTALLY UP..... THIS WOMANS MOTHER OWED IT TO HER DAUGHTER TO GIVE NAME( NAMES) OF HER POTENTIAL FATHER BEFORE SHE DIED.... MAY SHE REST IN PEACE......... NOW THEN,,, THIS MAN, NOT THE FATHER, CRIED FOR THIS WOMAN, AND ACCEPTED HER, AS HER WISH TO BE HER FATHER..... AND THE LADY CLAIMING HER TO BE HER SISTER NO MATTER WHICH WAY IT TURNED OUT.... I HAVEN'T ENOUGH WORDS OR GRATITUDE AND LOVE FOR HER....SHE'S GENUINE....WHAT BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEINGS....NOT ONLY HER, BUT THE BOTH OF THEM ADOPTED 3 CHILDREN OF LADY.... MADE MY YEAR.... GOD IS GOOD....

    Case 2: I've watched this episode several times and like I know what shes gonna say at the end yet I tear up EVERY TIME. I swear one day Ima watch it and not cry lol.

    The adopted mother in the first case is a very angry and resentful person and I feel like she messed up this whole thing I feel like she was one of those adopted parents that wanted the whole case sealed and for the birth parents to never come forward and never meet the little girl

    Feels sorry for Mr Hampton in the first case and Falun in the second case. Imagine living off lies for your entire life. The women should be held accountable. But that's the thing. They're not. They do what they like, keep secrets, hide things, continue to make life hard for their own poor choices.

    This happen to me except it was my aunt... She contacted me through fb and said tht she was my aunt and was looking for her dad which was my granddad... We talk she send me her number to give to my granddad i gave it to him and he messaged me back saying thank you he's been looking for her too

    It's amazing that this man is being held accountable for Kayla's mother's decisions. The flip side of this coin is tjat CPS has had a decades long history of dropping the ball and this man is being held accountable for that as well. Im sorry for him that the dna didnt turn out like he believed but with the unfair judgment of both Kayla and her adoptive mother, he's probably better off.

    I am shocked by the second case, the girl and the possible father look SOOOO much alike. Why would her mother lie on the deathbed? Was she truly confused?

    The 2 cases were so different. First girl didn't care to find out if the man was her dad or not. The second the girl wanting a dad so bad.

      I’d want my child support back but he said he signed the original birth certificate so he’d likely wouldn’t get it back. That mother knew he was paying. Adoptive parents sometimes get support payments depending on state and financial circumstances. She didn’t want Kayla to know that though. Probably always told her no one cared about her but her and her husband.
