@@TheAnimalKingdom-my1vi the velociraptor model may be accurate anatomically, but from what I remember its pink. A pink predator, something that chases down prey and would ambush it and would have to avoid other predators, its not camouflaged or anything, no, bloody pink. Artist need to realise that non-avian dinosaurs could not easily fly away from danger like birds, so they couldnt get away with ridiculous bright colours like birds do, most would have some adaptations for camouflage. Predators are stealthy, predatory dinosaurs would probably have looked like birds of prey or cats, not bloody turkeys. Which is even what the fossil record shows!
I don't see why not, but not like this. It's 'based on' the tropogan bird, well not based on it, it just is it. Which why it is the laziest design in the show. If they kept the waddle and even if the horn things on the head, but at least change the patterns and colours, then it would be fine.

Isn’t Gigantoraptor, like, nearly the size of a Tyrannosaurus or something similar like Tarbosaurus? Because, that alone scares me. Being chased around by a mega chicken.

Hate it, not because it looks silly or anything like that. No I hate it because its just plain lazy, the females look fine. The male, just rubbish. The unlikelness that an animal that evolved completely differently and lives in a completely different environment would evolve the exact same display structures as another species is just ridiculous. They just took the look of one species and plomped it onto another, ignoring any ecological, behavioral or environmental conditions that led to those structures evolving. Its unrealistic, unoriginal and uninspired. I'd by far prefer the more boring maybe but more realistic, and somehow more original and interesting planet dinosaur design over this. Doing this kinda thing to a dinosaur or any extinct species is my least favourite kind of palaeoart. Dont get me started on pigeon therizinosaurus. Keep the outlandish dance, that's fine, speculative obviously but theres nothing really wrong with that unless its inaccurate. But come up with something original for the display structures, because in my opinion that is inaccurate
