Hi mam. Now I'm in CA final. I cleared my first group. I do not have much practical exposure to work because I did my articles in a very small firm and there were no seniors to teach. This is seriously taking toll on my confidence and now I'm in such a stage that why should I write group 2 I'm anyway not going to get any job with zero work done in articleship. A CA is a CA , once you get that degree , it is presumed that you know everything . And there is huge demand of jobs ..I have myself got an offer from 4 companies ..and now also I am getting calls . So do not worry about that ..have you ever heard that someone is a CA AND NOT EARNING FROM anywhere ?? That means each and everyone gets a good job , plus you have come this far ..it's just one more group and degree is yours , what are you waiting for ..plz give exams ..I guarentee ,you will get a good job .

If i do articleship under a CA and not under a firms than we get proper knowledge about big firms or mid size firms. That how to manage and everything.
It depends , if the CA under which you are doing articleship has good and big clients then its good , otherwise I will recommend you to join mid size firm ..your articleship experience matters a lot in selection of your resume in off campus . Join a balance firm where work hours are not more than 7 hours ..you can easily balance your studies with that
Which is better for start.. Industry or big4? Since I dnt hv good exposure in articlship I want to explore but currently salary package is also my priority concern.
Big 4 gives a good package and good learning, most of the people works starting 2 years in big 4 and then switch to industry And get a good package , currently big 4 offers 8 lac - 8.5 lac Salary . I can't take that much workload that's why I am not going for it .

This is a very important question , but this is never asked on campus placements as there is pre decided packages ..but in off campus it is asked everytime , you can answer this like ..sir considering my experience and skills and your reputation in the industry I know I will get the best from your side , so I am ok with the package which are you are going to give, alternatively. .. research about the job and it's. Pay ..then quote a range in the interview like sir considering my experience and relocation cost in the city I expect 8-8.5 lac (for eg) ..and of course it is negotiable as money doesn't matter , my priority is learning and growth .

What I personally think , after ca start doing job where workload is less , like corporates ,don't join big 4 , and then study with Job as there is not much workload , clear cma final and then switch your job ..you will get advantage of your cma degree plus you will be no more fresher yoh have a experience of a job ..and whoever company takes you , will give you a salary hike on your previous job . Mam I asked my seniors they said that if you have not filed the exam form or have skipped the attempt it will not be counted as an attempt but I saw where you said skipping is also counted as an attempt.
In mumbai , lots of companies came for recruitment , so you will get shorlisted by more companies , in Pune companies will be less than mumbai , but there are high chances that you will be placed in Pune ..I selected Bangalore . try to research about the past trends ..and select the centre according to that

No😂 campus placement is for everyone who have qualified in the latest attempt ..for eg ..after Jan 2021 results ..there will be campus for jan2022 students ..and in that campus Nov 2020 students can't sit . ❤️

Ca final attempts matter more than IPCC ones , your Ipcc attempts won't have much more impact , if you clear ca final in 1 or 2 attempts then you will get good companies.

Which type of industry ?? ..you can answer like ..I always want to explore something new , in articleship I have done a lot of audits where I have seen the different businesses ..but now I want to see one business deeply
1. Choose centre where you want to do the job 2. If you are comfortable with any location ..then choose centre where large no. Of companies came for recruitment . 3. See the past trends and choose centre where the companies with your interest came the most. 4. My opinion - mumbai centre is choosen by most of the candidates even by rankers as most of the companies come there but it is equally competitive . Bangalore is second largest where most of the companies came . Kolkata has highest vaccancies , there is 99 Percent chances of your selection there. For rest of the centre plz analyse the past trends .. moreover it depends on your luck😅

Yes interview was virtual on a videocall , and we have to compulsorily wear formals ..if you are waiting for your results then invest your time in reading news related to finance , gd topics and prepare hr questions

Articleship selection is easy , if there is vacancy in the firm , they will take you , they just want hardworking articles

And if a person is pursuing CA and CMA simultaneously then after clearing CA final.. cma final is still pending..then I should seek for job as a CA or wait for my cma final to clear then seek for jobs as it will have better impact of 2 degrees or it will not be better and just start giving interviews??
What I personally think , after ca start doing job where workload is less , like corporates ,don't join big 4 , and then study with Job as there is not much workload , clear cma final and then switch your job ..you will get advantage of your cma degree plus you will be no more fresher yoh have a experience of a job ..and whoever company takes you , will give you a salary hike on your previous job .
Yes industrial training is good if you can do it ,,it will be an added advantage to your profile while shorlisting.

But would company give me atleast 15 days of prep before exam as holidays and then exam days too? That is almost a month holiday in just 3 to 4 months of joining?
@@KhushiRaanka if your exams will be over in 3-4 months ..then don't join any job ..focus on your exams ..coz I think it's a bit difficult to get these much holidays

Thanks for watching ❤️ , they will give you mandatory training for every work , they want , so as such , not need to do any specific course ..but it will be better if you are familiar with SAP modules .

Mam I asked my seniors they said that if you have not filed the exam form or have skipped the attempt it will not be counted as an attempt but I saw where you said skipping is also counted as an attempt.

Not Cpt ..but yes IPCC attempts matter for some companies in campus

In mumbai , lots of companies came for recruitment , so you will get shorlisted by more companies , in Pune companies will be less than mumbai , but there are high chances that you will be placed in Pune ..I selected Bangalore . try to research about the past trends ..and select the centre according to that

Heyy, could you pls give some insights on the work-life balance at info or any other IT company for that matter.
To be honest , Its just 1.5 months since my joining ...but I have asked my senior ..they said work life balance is pretty good ...and I am feeling that too ..weekends off ..and on working day just 9 hours of working that too we have 1.5 hour of lunch

No , I live in MP , companies just ask ,you are ready to relocate ..you just have to say yes . There is no such criteria of preffering localites

I haven't done any industrial training , but I would recommend you to do it ..coz it will give you advantage

No😂 campus placement is for everyone who have qualified in the latest attempt ..for eg ..after Jan 2021 results ..there will be campus for jan2022 students ..and in that campus Nov 2020 students can't sit . ❤️

Mam I have passed my CA CPT in first attempt but in CA IPCC I have taken 7 attempt ( actually I have skipped my 5 attempt ) that why it is 7 attempt. Mam I want to asked to you that can my attempt create problems in shortlisting in icai campus placement???
Ca final attempts matter more than IPCC ones , your Ipcc attempts won't have much more impact , if you clear ca final in 1 or 2 attempts then you will get good companies.

Nice ❤️ I gave 3 interviews off campus and got selected in two ..use your reference , apply through LinkedIn ..career sites of companies make your profile on naukri.com , monster.com..collect mail id of HR of different companies ..mail them resume with a good cover letter

Which type of industry ?? ..you can answer like ..I always want to explore something new , in articleship I have done a lot of audits where I have seen the different businesses ..but now I want to see one business deeply

How should we should choose center on metro city
1. Choose centre where you want to do the job
2. If you are comfortable with any location ..then choose centre where large no. Of companies came for recruitment .
3. See the past trends and choose centre where the companies with your interest came the most.
4. My opinion - mumbai centre is choosen by most of the candidates even by rankers as most of the companies come there but it is equally competitive .
Bangalore is second largest where most of the companies came .
Kolkata has highest vaccancies , there is 99 Percent chances of your selection there.
For rest of the centre plz analyse the past trends .. moreover it depends on your luck😅

Depends on how well you were focused in your coaching class , you shall atleast do two Revisions , and I think it will took 1.5 months to do two Revision of full syllabus ..rest depends on person to person.

Yr 17 log to 17 batein bolte hi h ..ek baar CA bnjaoge na. Koi nhi puchhega ..direct entry se ho ya cpt route se ..sab kuchh same h ..same exams , same articleship ..and kisik bolne se kuchh nhi hota ..aap jaake apply kro ..saari firms ko article ki requirement hoti h
