M2G1: was it worth keeping posse boss over rakdos joins up? If you get to 5 mana, you have a good chance of having double red, and the boss is probably your best card. It also gives you the option of getting lucky and curving out. Rakdos joins up is only really good if you draw lively dirge to tutor akul plus bring back a 1 and a 3 that have died, which seems less likely than drawing two red sources to me.
@@Vynetic That's an option too. I thought of the 1-drop as insurance against getting run over but maybe you just assume that this game isn't winnable if you don't draw a 3rd land by turn 3. Ditching the 1 drop does probably make for the most proactive and powerful draw possible, because you essentially have two copies of your best card if you can draw lands. On reflection, I like your line better.
@@brianh5844 1/1 doesn't really do much in fighting for getting run over, i guess it gains you some life by chumping but yea just me i would put the 1/1 back

i was thinking maybe putting the 1 drop back, card doesn't seem like it does much
