So...we asked the CRRC, what is a "Cool Roof".

The Cool Roof Rating Council is incorporated as a non-profit educational organization to implement and communicate an accurate radiative energy performance rating systems for roof surfaces, support research, and serve as an educational resource for information on roofing.
The Cool Roof Rating Council does not endorse one roofing product or company over another.
But we wanted to ask them... What is a "Cool Roof"?
