    how come bending moment is acting on this arrangement.
    I think it should pe torsional moment that's why we are taking polar moment of inertia.

    Ixx, about CG of weld =((t*200^3)/12 )+2*((100t*100^2)+((100*t^3)/12))). Professor ignored the t^3 term in this formula,which is absolutely fine.

    At 13:21, he neglected thickness 't' while calculating CG and at various other places also like in A*R^2. It gets confusing sometimes.
