It would be great understanding if the formula for ixx and iyy is mentioned
how come bending moment is acting on this arrangement.I think it should pe torsional moment that's why we are taking polar moment of inertia.
How moment along BC is taken??
Ixx, about CG of weld =((t*200^3)/12 )+2*((100t*100^2)+((100*t^3)/12))). Professor ignored the t^3 term in this formula,which is absolutely fine.
At 13:21, he neglected thickness 't' while calculating CG and at various other places also like in A*R^2. It gets confusing sometimes.
