My one was bypassed too but got a few airlocks so I went investigating when I got to the root of the problem machine running totally different bypassing the segment bowl is not really the answer always dirt coming up to lift pump and if none return valve is fitted to line that way could get blocked with shit too
It's such a peaceful life, beautiful nature and fresh fruits. No greedy corporations and board director. Wonderful. And it's an honor to have you visit our channel, we can discuss more about our experiences in harvesting and building farms.
I just thought ud a problem with airlocks cause that was a big problem with them ford engines and all of them had the sedement bowl disconnected but I found out what the problem was, the sedement bowl was connected the wrong way round it should have been connected the other way round making sure that none return valve was moved to other side.
That was a mistake that was made in the factory first day and as well as that all them engines were running 3 litres of oil low cause all the dipsticks were marked in USA gallons
Amazing to see the Clayson 1545 working strong. Your CX90 looks great as always! Thanks for the video. Very nice!
Lovely combine. Keep the old ones running. We lost loads of the good old combines. Rare sight now
great shots of the old combine very cool
Great to see a few of the old girls around always

Lovely sample, did you do any work on the drum/concave or sieves?
We did a small bit of work on the sieves as one was cracked and adjusted the concave that was all
I've a similar machine , why is drum up on top?
Theres a leak in the bottom of the radiator so we just kept a drum with coolant close and kept topping it up

The sediment bowl was bypassed on ours before we bought it and i say that is why, we havent had any problems or signs of airlocking with it either
Thanks for letting me know i would say ours is 3 litres of oil low because we serviced it and went by the dipstick
