I first heard this on a "Progressive" FM station in 1973. I captured it on a portable cassette player with tinny sound, but I knew this one was special. Musically, it is much like what Carole King was doing in the early 70's. What a wonderful memory.

Thank you! I remember buying this in a discount bin while having no idea, at that time, of who Mernit is. I was always astonished that he wasn't pushed more...a fantastic album.
