The Street Fighter - Gekitotsu! Satsujin ken - 1974 - Trailer

The Street Fighter, a classic Chiba film, has a cool Japanese trailer. It's from 1974, but it's a lot more badass than the majority of today's "action movies." Take note of what I'm saying! Gekitotsu! Satsujin ken is the Japanese title!
Terry Tsurugi, a cruel assassin for hire, is caught in the middle of a yakuza and Chinese triad plot to kidnap the daughter of a wealthy oil executive, played by Japanese action star Sonny Chiba. This film was the first to be rated X for violence, and it has become a cult classic since its release in Grindhouse theaters in the 1970s.
Shinichi Chiba (Japanese: 千葉 真一, Hepburn: Chiba Shin'ichi, born January 22, 1939) is a Japanese actor, producer, director, and martial artist who is also known as Sonny Chiba. Chiba was one of the first actors to become famous for his martial arts skills, first in Japan and then in front of an international audience.

If Bruce Lee lived to see another year,
he probably would've been casted for the role of Takuma/Terry, with Sonny Chiba as Tateki/Junjo.
Imagine a Bruce vs. Sonny fight scene, the film's showdown would be longer and get more legendary than the one we already have!

Sonny Chiba was supposed to appear alongside Bruce Lee in a film that was to be titled "The Shrine of Ultimate Bliss". This never happened because of Lee's unexpected death in 1973. The project later evolved into the 1974 film "Stoner", with Australian actor George Lazenby (a friend and student of Bruce Lee) cast in the leading role.

The Shrine of the Ultimate Bliss is as big of a cinematic loss as much as Game of Death being incomplete.
