    Pehle banking samajh le phir video bana. If amount is already credited to beneficiary account or if it is credited to wrong beneficiary account then ur bank can't debit from that beneficiary account directly. Beneficiary bank has to take debit consent from the beneficiary in whose account the amount is credited and then they will return to your bank. Your bank can only follow with beneficiary bank for reversal. Ultimately beneficiary bank has to reverse the funds post taking debit consent. 100 per day that ur talking is only applicable of there is any error from the bank's end. Here it seems u have transferred the amount to wrong beneficiary instead of correct beneficiary hence correct beneficiary has not received the amount. I work for reputed bank and handling banking ombudsman complaints hence sharing this insight

      Video banaa ne ke pehle tak tumhare jaisa reputed bank nachaa raha tha customer ko. Video banaane ke baad pura team kaam par laggaya aur paise lauta diye. Pehle hamaara customer service samajh le phir video aur banking samjhaana. Its not that we are unaware of your banking processes.
