Something like this is more of a build showcase to give inspiration. a good tutorial would be showing you different styles of building how to terraform terrain and important skills like what methods you would use to make a tree bridge house important building like a church school. or how to make a good center peice like a statue or fountain. a block for block tutorial on how to make a certain house or build isn't a tutorial for building its a tutorial for that house.
