If what I've seen and heard of the devs social media accounts is any indicator, I don't think sole blame can be put on suits this time. It's likely that nobody could speak up and point out to any problems regarding the game without higher-ups getting their egos bruised, and so they stopped caring and decided to just let them fall on their own sword. @@Blankie-P I'm sure the suits played a role, but as I said, I don't think they're solely for blame for this one. Having a job in manufacturing, I'm used to having to see products scrapped for small flaws since our clients have a very small margin for error (also, they're medical parts, so it's all the more important that they're within parameters). But the scale of failure for this game is too big to have been the failing for any one party or department alone. Something was wrong in every step of the process, but any attempts to speak up were either ignored or worse silenced because 8 years is too long of a development time for someone to have not noticed something.
@@Blankie-P Fair argument but at what point do you excuse the fact that those artists called the community "talentless freaks"? The senior concept artist knew that their designs were going to get backlash yet they still released the game as is, the same concept artist that hopes "weirdos" won't have anymore games to play
Beautiful work, these designs really catch the attention and bring out personality in the characters. I would love to see you redesign the reat of the characters too 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love the designes. You have a good sense of pushing things to extremes, which is very good for a design pipeline, it's easier to remove what you don't want then to add in what you haven't seen yet. Exploration of themes and broad ideas are great through all of these. I love Daw the most. I'd suggest for even more character you can have the NO part of do NO harm scratched out, adding to his pretty openly chaotic and proud of it nature. As a small bit of crit from a random animator on the internet, your elbows seem to go very far down often, if this is intentional it can work well, but on your final DaVeers design the arms are lopsided in length and scale, it doesn't come across as perspective or as something intended for physiology of the character, at least from what I can see. I also noticed in DaVeers second iteration that the contours for the gauntlets are fighting each other, this pushes flatness on drawings quite a lot. As a general suggestion make sure your posing is done in such a way that contours don't battle one another but rather follow the same angle into or out of camera down the arm/leg/torse/hips and so on. I personally love the style you have going. I'm very interested to see how it grows and evolves.
I love how Concord's only fan art is people making the characters look different. Feels like a project that didn't get enough market research as the base game's designs have bit of a mid level Deviant Art feel to them. Where the artist has some talent but lacks some vital fundamentals.
Amazing video! I love all of the disigns they had 1000 times more personality then the original ones. My favourite was the first Daw. Btw the editing is so coool
Absolutely love the designs they're so awesome, these are characters I would love to play as! One issue I have with Daw's design is too many colors, i think the blue on the arm could be the same as the blue on the chestpieces and the purple and gold could be removed all together.
Not gonna lie, Seeing redesigned Teo reminded me of Billy Kid from Zenless Zone Zero, and I mean that as a compliment. It's still a whole lot better than what Firewalk churned out.
Looking at the old Teo, I imagined him as a clone soldier, one in countless billions who only does what his corporation tells him to do. As for his cybernetic eye, I didn't even know that was there. In the gameplay, it looks more like his scope is what allows him to see in the smoke.
These are leagues better than the originals, but I think the one downside is that these characters don’t feel like they belong in Concord. That being said I can’t define the style of Concord. I just now those aren’t it. I absolutely love the mad scientist btw
this is exactly what i was frustrated about. i was talking about this yesterday with friends, just how do things work? how do you put this equipment on in the first place? what abilities do you have? how do you put it on as a character and not as a standard soldier? the rocket launcher person pissed me off the most because i was sitting there for 15 mins wondering how'd they carried it with no strap and then i found the mechanical arm on the back of the tightskinned suit with no protection and thought "if you shoot that once, either your suit will rip or you will rip." thank you for this video. this whole experience with Concord has made me reevaluate some of my own character designs for my own projects and I see it as beneficial to how I make stuff in the future because the fact that I got so frustrated with the design choices in general means that I'm doing at least something right. Also COLOR THEORY. WHERE WAS THE COLOR THEORY IN THE DESIGNS? A lot of the choices were seemingly spun on a wheel blindly or something. It doesn't fit with the overall skill of the character or give them personality (like the assassin pink robot lady wearing khakis and a bolero tie?) A lot of muted colors and khaki, backgroundcore as you said lmfao.
You know, if you want a game that actually has some sort of proper art direction, the Forever Winter might be worth a look. The devs are super open that their inspiration is 90s anime and milsim gundam. Game's a brutal experience where you are a rat in the middle of a war and you're trying to survive. You aren't the hero, you aren't stopping the war, that boat has sailed a long time ago. You just need to survive, you just need to get that water... and for the love of God, only shoot if you need too. The mantra of the game is pretty simple as well: You are not that guy.
BULK AND SKULL MENTIONED!!!!!!! (i just HAD to write that as soon as i saw it) anyways, these designs are SOOO SICK!! and i absolutely adored watching your process
I thought Teo gave Jaune vibe with White armor pieces over normal clothes...THEN REFERENCE RWBY IN VIDEO FOR ANOTHER CHARACTER LIKE YOOOO. Also, NICE ART ❤
Concord might be dead, but it was a valuable gift to all character designers, redesigning Concord characters is incredibly fun and good exercise. Always love to see different interpretations.
Your style rocks, it's really cool indeed, also your arguments for why you chose those design elements are really good too. However, I'm not too crazy about some of the elements you used. For the first one perhaps an overtly big bionic eye. For the other 2 I get that trench coats look cool but they feel overused in media, imo, to a point that number 2 doesn't look like a hazmat suit or a sealed suit at all. Overall you have good content so keep at it
i don't want to sound mean but the first re-do guy... thats billy from zenless zone zero. but with a rifle, so his older brother? other that you did a better job then the concord team.
Amanda Kiefer is one of the main character artists for Concord, you can see quite the few works on her art station, but if I had to guess why the characters don't look good, and feel bad for saying this her art just isn't for this type of game, hero shooter specifically need character designs that pop out at you, and also the transition to her art, which I should preference she is a good artist, to live actiony desaturated character model, it's just not pleasing to look at, she did remark how the designs were made by committee, probably she had to draw up the designs to show a bunch of suits, and them decided which is the good designs to choose, which does happen a lot, but I don't know how much she actually has a say on the designs, I can only take her word.
oh yeah definitely, this person's style while good doesn't really scream "hero shoter" the sheer levels of bombast and cartoony goofiness aren't really there. It'd fit in more with like, idk a more gritty yet colorful fantasy like Bioshock or something
Funny how your redesign of Teo kinda got us Billy from Zenless Zone Zero. I guess there's not much you can do with "laid-back fnuuy cyborg soldier guy" but just look at them.
Well I suppose the original Daw does have the discord-moderator thing going on, which, you know, lends a bit to his techiness. He looks like the kind of guy that has a katana at home. I liked the second versions of DaVeers and Daw more than the third though - I don't think the third design for DaVeers really establishes that they're protecting others from themselves, the protection is very light and is more of a doctor with a hazmat mask. Also they don't seem bulky enough to work with the power gauntlet as they do in the second version. Same with Daw - the second version is more bulky to kind of maintain the force of the rocket fist and his area protection nature. Also his threatening bulkiness creates a good sense of unhingedness with the Do No Harm sign. The lab coat contrasts with the power armor and leaves a coherent picture of what he's about, and looks badass. We can assume the thing on this other shoulder is the shield generator. The third Daw kind of leaves the question of what's the point of his one big arm? If he doesn't use it to attack, then why's it there? It doesn't add anything to the design and feels forced in there to make him an amputee. It's like Doomfist if his only weapon were the knuckle shotguns rather than the gauntlet.
Whenever i see Daw the support, i think of Gibraltar from Apex Legends, both big guys who have shields, it proves a design like his can work but concord just doesn't have personality or flavour. 😢
Big bodies can work in videogames, you only have to know HOW to make them and Daw ofc isn't one of those. Roadhog is a huuuge meat shield and is intimidating af Mauga gives that vibes of really nice hawaiian dude, buff af that also is capable of choping a tree with his bare hands so make sense he carries 2 big ass miniguns.
The 2 biggest issues with all the designs are what' I'll call "Zag-Zig Design" (where they intentionally reverse/invert what is expected and what works at every point for the sole purpose of being unexpected and different) and "Discordant Asymmetry" (they just can't help themselves here, pick any character and you can instantly see that their aesthetics and sense of flow would be immediately improved by removing the intentional asymmetry forced into the character design).
they are cool but fall into the problem of having very similar shape structures, they all have the same hip to shoulder ratio creating a similar hourglass shape for all of them, your over relying on accessories to do the heavy lifting over all I think you in the right track, it is disappointing seeing youtalk about how a character can be fat and still be well designed and not stick to keeping the character fat
Your designs are so far off from original designs, which proofs the point that game designs are so bad that to make them good you need to start from planing phase. Well at least artist are having fun
Not all games need to have ultimate abilities. Weird thing to criticize. I liked what you did with DaVeers but I thought your Teo design was too modern and I liked your first Daw design better
That final DaVeers design is sick. Reminds me a bit of Warframe's Lavos but certainly more someone you would meet in a lab rather than a battlefield with the less armored design. Kind of like if Viktor from League of Legends was into chemtech rather than hextech.
Teo could've been accidental genius if they had instead named him "Ted" and had him deadpan his lines instead of having the same Sonic the Hedgehog delivery as everyone else.
12:05 --- I'd say so, too. Though I would've gone for a smaller face mask, one more in line with Soldier-76, or even a halfmask... ... What can I say, I like seeing people's faces ^^° 18:45 --- It sure is more interesting than the original... but Daveers or Deveers or whatever... is a normal human. And since this is a very realistic, "hyper-realistic", game of course the characters look the part. I dont really see that here, even as a mere concept. Also, I want the face :D 25:48 --- Dont blame only corporate decisions on this: the artists themselves were on board with this from what I've heard.
I legit outloud said "Bro what?" when said what daveer did (i had look at the bookmark to remeber her name). Like show me pyro from tf2 and I'd say "yeah that guy burns shit" or junkrat from overwatch and I'd go "Oh yeah that guy blows shit up" but holy shit that surprised me why you said that. Also the redigns are good, but they feel a little to far off from the originals, you could not show me that and I'd know who it was but also I get it, the originals are PRETTY bad
@@Blankie-P true. We all know furries got mysteriously deep wallets. Btw made that comment early in your vid, watched it nmby now, honestly i loved the reasoning in your new designs. The gauntlet idea was genius and the crazy melee medic was honestly so good. Your art is amazing
For the doctor I would have leaned into a more zed like caricature someone why experiments on foes and uses proven methods on friends a clearly batshit insane person but not to the lvl of the tf2 medic having never gone to medical or a school of any kind he would dmg foes less threw intentional harm and more through gross negligence mixing multiple drugs on enemy’s causing a debuff/dot as the drugs can’t be mixed and using a single drug on teammate’s instead of a energy shield a dmg resist drug for teammate (also do no harm should have something at least slightly covering no to convey the fact that the caricature is still quite capable of hurting)
if it wasn't for me watching other people talk about this game, I'd honestly get mixed up with some of these. the ONLY possible way you could have even insinuated the fact Daw was ever a medic is if you implied Santa Claus, which they even failed to do then. or whoever the rocket-launcher girl is is able to fly despite nothing about her design saying she can (its almost like not giving her a jetpack was a bad idea). and some characters I'm not even sure what the hell they do (namely the elderly lady in purple. think she's some sort of mage, but they're already a mage on the team. )
l love how every person's immediate instict with redesigning Daw is "make him skinny." Because him being fat was the core problem and there's absolutely no way to make a heavy-set character work.
I only really made him skinny to reflect the shield tank aspect, with a squishy body but more tech-focused shield tanking rather than out of arbitrary anti-fat sentiment or whatevers. If I wanted to make a more HP tank character with more bulk like say Heavy TF2 or Roadhog, then I would do that. Also I'm less confident with my ability to draw those kinds of builds due to lack of experience in working in character designs with that body type. I'll probably start playing around with those body types in some of my own original character designs but I just felt that this particular situation just called for a bit of a change.
The thing that confuses me the utter most is how the healers do not look a single thing like an actual HEALER. Daw looks like ice/water based dude and he is supposed to be a healer. It makes no sense when EVERYTHING in gaming says this person is ice/water based. As for the intestine thing. I'm pretty sure that they are trying to go for the Alien franchise aesthetic. They had a lot of tubing things too. But it makes little sense when you actually apply it to suits. WHAT is the tubing for? What is it's purpose? what does it do? The answer is nothing. So therefor it makes no sense to have it.
this are some really cool design, I actually kind wish you mad the scraped jester one even tho it strays a lot of the original character concept. I just really like the idea of a jester with a gasmask.14:00 also I must say I almost have to thank this game for starting a conversation on character desgin in games and media in general and make a chracter stand out. it's honestly quite neat to see so many people talking about it as someone who want to be game dev myself and is working on game. can't want to see this conversation go further
So you're unhappy with the diversity of body types in concord and yet you made the fat character thin and replaced it with amputation..? Feels a bit.. insulting tbh. The color scheme was also a bit all over over the place. Loved the other two tho. Especially your reimaged hazmat suit.
I think you’re overthinking it No harm meant I just liked the character silhouette the robot arm made The reason I made him thinner was because I wanted to convey visually that the tank part of his character came from tech shields, but the actual HP pool was a lot smaller and squishier in this iteration If I were to make a health tank, I would go for the body bulk or armor bulk route and make the silhouettes more unique that way
I swear all of your redesigns look great, but they don't feel like tge characters they're based on... Probably because the originals have no real distinct traits.
thats fair if that's how you interpret "redesign", but in my opinion redesigning can include vast departures in a visual sense so long as they still adhere to the overall purpose of the character, especially for hero shooters I made the chem crowd control character look more like that's their purpose, I made the support tank-- ok I think I may have jumped the gun a little with that one but it overall was meant to achieve the same purpose as the original but in a different way hence redesign
I was a player of this game and to be honest I think your designs are poorly done not because I find them ugly but because it no longer has anything to do with the universe of Concord your designs don't make Concord I know the characters of Concord and their personality and I find that it doesn't resemble them Teo is not like S76 Teo seems to have no personality but he's a freegunner who takes his bounty hunter missions seriously when he has a mission he is very serious and disciplined because of his time in the army he left I think the only person who has the right to improve the characters is the original designer. Because he has a way of doing things example I noticed that in his designs there tends to be curved shapes even at the map level
the more i see these redesign videos the more i think the original character designs feel intentionally bad, so they can make a point that "look! 'woke' characters look bad!" when in reality the designs are just shit. love the redesigns though, actually helped me with some personal character designs!
It was supposed to be a fun homage to Moebius. But something went wrong early down the line.

I think Concord should have gone for a comic boom art style. They could have made the characters a lot cooler.

@@Blankie-P Fair argument but at what point do you excuse the fact that those artists called the community "talentless freaks"? The senior concept artist knew that their designs were going to get backlash yet they still released the game as is, the same concept artist that hopes "weirdos" won't have anymore games to play
@@Blankie-PIt also doesn't help with the Grifter losers coming in waves.
@@NukeTheOGThat's the words of the Senior Artist, no one else unless someone got evidence.
Beautiful work, these designs really catch the attention and bring out personality in the characters. I would love to see you redesign the reat of the characters too 🎉🎉🎉🎉
It’s like the Homestuck FanArt looking better than the actual comic.
if Daw looked like that I would play the game just to play as Daw
That’s fair
Daw's redesign gives me Scott Pilgrim villain vibes, I love it.
i love your character sprite's design so much omfg
I love your cartoony style, nice designs!!
I absolutely love the mad scientist btw
this is exactly what i was frustrated about. i was talking about this yesterday with friends, just how do things work? how do you put this equipment on in the first place? what abilities do you have? how do you put it on as a character and not as a standard soldier?
the rocket launcher person pissed me off the most because i was sitting there for 15 mins wondering how'd they carried it with no strap and then i found the mechanical arm on the back of the tightskinned suit with no protection and thought "if you shoot that once, either your suit will rip or you will rip."
thank you for this video. this whole experience with Concord has made me reevaluate some of my own character designs for my own projects and I see it as beneficial to how I make stuff in the future because the fact that I got so frustrated with the design choices in general means that I'm doing at least something right.
Also COLOR THEORY. WHERE WAS THE COLOR THEORY IN THE DESIGNS? A lot of the choices were seemingly spun on a wheel blindly or something. It doesn't fit with the overall skill of the character or give them personality (like the assassin pink robot lady wearing khakis and a bolero tie?) A lot of muted colors and khaki, backgroundcore as you said lmfao.
just note, Jormand is a great series to base soldier designs off of.
These are so much better than the Original. So much more thought out.
Also I really like your Avatar. They are really pretty.
Was the key jangling to make sure that my ADHD brain didn't go and get distracted and come back
very possible
BULK AND SKULL MENTIONED!!!!!!! (i just HAD to write that as soon as i saw it)
anyways, these designs are SOOO SICK!! and i absolutely adored watching your process
first video i see from you, and i just wanted to say that i love your avatar. he looks so fun
thank you!
Never heard of it but I searched it up and that mf’s design is actually so gas wtf
Amanda Kiefer is one of the main character artists for Concord, you can see quite the few works on her art station, but if I had to guess why the characters don't look good, and feel bad for saying this her art just isn't for this type of game, hero shooter specifically need character designs that pop out at you, and also the transition to her art, which I should preference she is a good artist, to live actiony desaturated character model, it's just not pleasing to look at, she did remark how the designs were made by committee, probably she had to draw up the designs to show a bunch of suits, and them decided which is the good designs to choose, which does happen a lot, but I don't know how much she actually has a say on the designs, I can only take her word.
oh yeah definitely, this person's style while good doesn't really scream "hero shoter"
the sheer levels of bombast and cartoony goofiness aren't really there. It'd fit in more with like, idk a more gritty yet colorful fantasy like Bioshock or something
I was not ready for Pixel Gun 3D to be mentioned, but great video regardless
Conned by a cord
True true true
Whenever i see Daw the support, i think of Gibraltar from Apex Legends, both big guys who have shields, it proves a design like his can work but concord just doesn't have personality or flavour. 😢
Big bodies can work in videogames, you only have to know HOW to make them and Daw ofc isn't one of those.
Roadhog is a huuuge meat shield and is intimidating af
Mauga gives that vibes of really nice hawaiian dude, buff af that also is capable of choping a tree with his bare hands so make sense he carries 2 big ass miniguns.
I wonder what My Characters would look like in your Style.
It was maded to fail. It feel like money loundry.
Someone finally talking about how cool sharkface is
Maybe i should get on the Redesign trend really get my channel going
they are cool but fall into the problem of having very similar shape structures, they all have the same hip to shoulder ratio creating a similar hourglass shape for all of them, your over relying on accessories to do the heavy lifting
over all I think you in the right track, it is disappointing seeing youtalk about how a character can be fat and still be well designed and not stick to keeping the character fat
Most people say that concord is a heroshooter but in reality
it's an arena shooter
Like an fast fps
Titanfall and Destiny pvp
Your designs are so far off from original designs, which proofs the point that game designs are so bad that to make them good you need to start from planing phase. Well at least artist are having fun
Daw should be designed Paladin-esque too.
Nothing against you or this video, but comparing Overwatch to a gourmet cake sent my soul into orbit for a good minute.
Imagine he meant overwatch 1 not 2
12:05 --- I'd say so, too. Though I would've gone for a smaller face mask, one more in line with Soldier-76, or even a halfmask... ... What can I say, I like seeing people's faces ^^°
18:45 --- It sure is more interesting than the original... but Daveers or Deveers or whatever... is a normal human. And since this is a very realistic, "hyper-realistic", game of course the characters look the part. I dont really see that here, even as a mere concept. Also, I want the face :D
25:48 --- Dont blame only corporate decisions on this: the artists themselves were on board with this from what I've heard.
I guess it's safe to say that there are more Concord redesign attempts that exist than the number of Concord's concurrent players 💀☠️
This look`s like a Lethal League characters, which is cool )
Your version of Daw looks like he belongs in Invader Zim lol
I legit outloud said "Bro what?" when said what daveer did (i had look at the bookmark to remeber her name). Like show me pyro from tf2 and I'd say "yeah that guy burns shit" or junkrat from overwatch and I'd go "Oh yeah that guy blows shit up" but holy shit that surprised me why you said that.
Also the redigns are good, but they feel a little to far off from the originals, you could not show me that and I'd know who it was but also I get it, the originals are PRETTY bad
Admittedly I went way far off the originals with this one
But I just found it more fun that way :V
Honestly i think an easy way to make more memorable characters is to make them not human. Maybe animals- wait a minute… Im describing furries.
Furry overwatch would make bank ngl
@@Blankie-P true. We all know furries got mysteriously deep wallets.
Btw made that comment early in your vid, watched it nmby now, honestly i loved the reasoning in your new designs. The gauntlet idea was genius and the crazy melee medic was honestly so good.
Your art is amazing
The more redesign I see on the net, the less I feel bad if the game designers lose their jobs.
This video shows what happens when your corporation stops taking Genericine and actually try with character design.
#youcanquit
they shouldve hired you :P great vid btw!!
Thanks! These redesigns were really fun to make. Good for stretching the creative muscles
Also I have no idea who those characters are in your pfp but they look neat
I was shocked daw is a medic, i thought is a tank unit
If only they hired you maybe just maybe there would have been hope
if it wasn't for me watching other people talk about this game, I'd honestly get mixed up with some of these. the ONLY possible way you could have even insinuated the fact Daw was ever a medic is if you implied Santa Claus, which they even failed to do then. or whoever the rocket-launcher girl is is able to fly despite nothing about her design saying she can (its almost like not giving her a jetpack was a bad idea). and some characters I'm not even sure what the hell they do (namely the elderly lady in purple. think she's some sort of mage, but they're already a mage on the team. )
i smell like molten plastic (again)
what bugs me about Daw's design is that he looks like he got all his gear out of the janitor's closet. 70's inspired or no, thats just not combat gear
Bazz's design is liked by Asians ironically.
Budget : $400 million btw
l love how every person's immediate instict with redesigning Daw is "make him skinny." Because him being fat was the core problem and there's absolutely no way to make a heavy-set character work.
Great video, but please invest in a better microphone it will go a long way.
I have a good mic (Shure MV7+ I saved up for for like a month), I think it's just that I have a really low-end laptop and no audio interface
@@Blankie-P That may be it, there are some good free audio mastering softwares online, id recommend having a look :)
Why your avatar looks like an eye connected to a body in a weird way like 0:17
this are some really cool design, I actually kind wish you mad the scraped jester one even tho it strays a lot of the original character concept. I just really like the idea of a jester with a gasmask.14:00
also I must say I almost have to thank this game for starting a conversation on character desgin in games and media in general and make a chracter stand out. it's honestly quite neat to see so many people talking about it as someone who want to be game dev myself and is working on game. can't want to see this conversation go further
So you're unhappy with the diversity of body types in concord and yet you made the fat character thin and replaced it with amputation..? Feels a bit.. insulting tbh. The color scheme was also a bit all over over the place.
Loved the other two tho. Especially your reimaged hazmat suit.
I think you’re overthinking it
No harm meant I just liked the character silhouette the robot arm made
The reason I made him thinner was because I wanted to convey visually that the tank part of his character came from tech shields, but the actual HP pool was a lot smaller and squishier in this iteration
If I were to make a health tank, I would go for the body bulk or armor bulk route and make the silhouettes more unique that way
I swear all of your redesigns look great, but they don't feel like tge characters they're based on...
Probably because the originals have no real distinct traits.
Well, tbh I've seen gacha games die faster, but this is def the first AAA game to flop like this.
You're not really redesigning the characters. You're just making them look like other characters instead of playing on what's already there.
thats fair if that's how you interpret "redesign", but in my opinion redesigning can include vast departures in a visual sense so long as they still adhere to the overall purpose of the character, especially for hero shooters
I made the chem crowd control character look more like that's their purpose, I made the support tank-- ok I think I may have jumped the gun a little with that one but it overall was meant to achieve the same purpose as the original but in a different way
hence redesign
@@Blankie-P I just meant that it was more like making them like other characters than remaking them, however both are redesigns.
I was a player of this game and to be honest
I think your designs are poorly done
not because I find them ugly
but because it no longer has anything to do with the universe of Concord
your designs don't make Concord
I know the characters of Concord and their personality and I find that it doesn't resemble them
Teo is not like S76
Teo seems to have no personality
but he's a freegunner who takes his bounty hunter missions seriously
when he has a mission
he is very serious and disciplined
because of his time in the army he left
I think the only person who has the right to improve the characters is the original designer.
Because he has a way of doing things
example I noticed that in his designs there tends to be curved shapes
even at the map level
tbh, you designed chars for concord 2. still below mid
boo womp
@@Blankie-P just git gut, thats easy
You look like you smell like grapes
the more i see these redesign videos the more i think the original character designs feel intentionally bad, so they can make a point that "look! 'woke' characters look bad!" when in reality the designs are just shit. love the redesigns though, actually helped me with some personal character designs!
