Hans Hartman is working on the Pilatus for Asobo? And on an ATR update???? Come on Hans!!! Fix the CRJ! We paid good money for it and flying it is currently an exercise in frustration. MS should take it off the Marketplace until it's fixed.
That is up to Just Flight, since he made it for them. They have to put the money into the update. MS is paying him to work on their stuff and apparently JF is not. It's as simple as that.
Just Flight? You might have your wires crossed. CRJ as by Aerosoft. Rafi the community manager has mentions the CRJ is receiving an update at the moment.
@@AusFlightSimmer Ya, I could only dream that the CRJ was a Just Flight plane. Can you imagine if it was at the same quality as the F28 or or 146? I'd never stop flying it. Instead it's just another pile of crap Aerosoft abomination that will never see another update. Aerosoft = abandonware
FS2020 will be quietly droppped and this is just the start. The stuff that does not work in 2020 will just be added to a a new promised list. No workable replay system, the broken ATC and live weather problems will contintue. The officical MSFS community page also needs to stop instantly banning people who point out out there is no replay facility, the good clouds were gone when the xbox version was relleasesd and since the annonuncement of the 2024 not one photogammery update.
When it comes to 2020, you are right about the things that don’t work, but it won’t be quietly dropped as there will be monthly updates until 2028. And 2024 will have everything be fixed/new. Current world updates have photogrammetry updates and same goes with 2024 as it will have better photogrammetry.

So many amazing news for both 2020 and the upcoming 2024 sim :O Can't wait for some of these products and the WU18. Having Frankfurt City Update together with the Frankfurt scenery by Aerosoft is going to be awesome 😍 Awesome recap, man this was a long one 😅
But when they announced the new sim they promised full support for FS2020 would continue. Were not at the first hurdle and to no one's suprise Asobo as usual were telling lies. If your waitiing for a decent replay facility and and an actual decent outside viewing system in the new version i would not hold your breath, MSFS 2024 sounds to me like a sticking plaster solution.
If the community folder won’t be the same then does that mean the 3rd party in my 2020 sim won’t work in the 2024 one? I’m a little confused with that one.
I think mods will be compatible but I think Asobo is not being completely honest. I think developers of mods will have to make some tweaks to their products in order for mods to be compatible with MS2024. Obviously Asobo would never say “mods will not be compatible” cuz that will cause huge profit loss for all flight sim products.
Is anyone having a software problem with the T16000 throttle? I can not figure out why the throttle jumps to full & the rudder is stuck on full right, I have everything updated
I also won't be buying a new version with their useless server speed because the last time I had to reinstall the whole game it took me FIVE!! days with the computer on 24/7 before I had downloaded the game itself without all the third party planes at a download speed of 2-3 mbit/sec and some shorter moments when it was up to a download speed of 30 mbit/sec. Just for comparison, I downloaded all the 3rd party add-ons which were pretty much the same size in gigabytes in one to an hour and a half so it's not my connection that's the bottleneck as some have told me on various forums because in that case I would have the same low download speed on the third party downloads. And I'm not the only one experiencing slow speed on their server because I've talked to several people on different forums who are experiencing the same thing. And no I didn't start the download until several weeks after the then last update just to avoid getting into the rush that comes with every update resulting in slow speeds. So until I see that it is not the same problem with the download speed, I will refrain from buying MSFS2024.

@@AusFlightSimmer I understand about the folder but I was talking about thing bought outside the store will they work or is it as you say a copy n paste as I'm not sure it would work with say pmdg or fenix or would they require us to buy them again? in which case a lot of people would probably not do that, I will wait until it's been out for a rew months to see what works and what doesn't.

I really appreciate all your presentations.... Thank you.....I have little faith in ASOBO, whenever they do an update ( their timing is never on schedule ), it always creates problems.. The last “fix it all" update has left me (Xbox S user) having to wait 3 minutes for MFS to actually load up every time I want to play and 3 Marketplace planes to be unflyable.... Now, having downloaded the UK update recently all the planes stutter dreadfully if they get within 1000ft of the ground, the avionics screens don't even appear in the 5 high resolution airports..... It's so so frustrating....Had I run my business the way they do, it wouldn't have been successful..... I don't know how they are getting away with it ...... Roger.... Pembrokeshire UK
Thanks Roger, I think this is one of the reasons why a second sim is being developed. I expect and hope it will run more smother on Xbos with 2024 sim, rather than the 2020 sim. But time will tell.
I can’t stand the inibuilds planes so heavy on fps even on my 4090 , the airports are good but I wish they just ditch inibuilds with the planes nothing but problems with them
