Dough
Flour: 320g
Instant yeast: 9g
Sea Salt: 3g
Sugar: 56g
Cream: 34ml
Water: 86ml
Unsalted butter(softened): 42g
Egg: 1(room temp)
Filling
Unsalted butter: 120g
Chopped garlic: 30g
Garlic Powder: 1/2 tsp
Herbs: 1tsp
Grated cheese: 1 cup
Parsley: 1/2 cup
For Egg Wash
Egg: 1
Milk: 1Tbsp
