The only way that this turns out well is if Jagex reads the Survey’s about Customer Support. I was completely honest with them-Player since ‘02, played all day every day, and I honestly cried so hard when the _only_ Account I truly cared about got a False Ban. So, here’s hoping that Jagex looks into it. This made me quit completely, it’s been over 1 Year since it happened. October 15th will forever be burned into my mind.
if anyone is having an issue with their yearly recap like i did and are opted in on their website, just use the survery and submit ur name like 6 times, i suibmited it like 6 times acorss 5 hrs and i got the recap 2 days later lol
