Funny how people believe in this bullshit. This guy literally was joking and messing around with homeless people, laughing at them. He was also a face of an alcohol-energy drink in Russia (as he pretends to be a Muslim), literally his best friends are dagestanis terrorists and he was afraid to go to his weight class because he knew those fighters will crush his wrestling. Yeah, how naive you are. He just left sport because he couldn’t handle weight-ins. He left because he decided not to prolonge his contract and not because of his fathers death

Well. To be fair the octagon was quite a bit smaller than usual, and Justin hadn’t had a chance to train in one that small. That’s gonna make it tougher right there.
Gaethje was desperately jet lagged. Said his resting HR was normally 44-48 morning of a fight, and that morning, with the diet change, jet lag, etc, his resting HR was 78.
I’m not saying if he was in peak shape he would’ve won. But he did land more significant strikes in Khabib than anyone, even Khabib said Justin was the hardest hitting/kicking opponent he faced.
I wanna see a fully prepared and healthy Islam Vs Gaethje. Both in their prime. I’m guessing Islam would win. But after Garthje’s last two fights, both fights he looked better than the last. Give him one more go.

Khabib natural weight is 185 which is above middle weight
Cutting from 170 to 155 is acceptable but 185 is just mad
