- Certified Human Resource Associate (CHRA) is an assessment examination of the basic knowledge in the field of human resource management by the Human Resource Educators’ Association of the Philippines, Inc. (HREAP).
It is a 3 hour exam that covers Human Resource Management policies and practices. This reviewer covers SET 2 of the exam.

Hi, thank you. I got tricked by my own trick question. 😆 The answer is b. New establishments are not exempt.
Exemptions include:
✅Distressed Establishments;
✅Retail/Service Establishments regularly employing not more than ten (10) workers
✅Establishments adversely affected by calamities such as natural and human-induced disasters
Retail establishments with less than 5 employees still fall under the 2nd case.
