Have been a huge fan and admirer of Cecilia Bartoli for many years. She is truly gifted and in my opinion, and that of many others - she is the best mezzo-soprano in the world. May she grace us with the gift of her voice for decades to come.

There was singular form chosen when plural would have been used by a mother tongue English speaker. Is that what you mean ? The occasional departure from stress : tonal stress on second syllable not the first but no errors with tense or vocabulary .

She and her mother, always stated that she is limited in her voice (smaller and darker) and repertoire She is well read and interesting, sincere and spontaneous. She is a soprano as well as mezzo soprano but her comfort zone is mezzo. She created for herself a unique repertoire and she can be con sidered in a class all by herself
