I really am grateful for listening to Tom express his process. What struck me from the start were the colors on the animals, the leopard, the Mediterranean buffalo, the Quetzal…he really pulls out the color to a vivid intensity, explores color blends through blooms and washes, and the brushwork gives life and energy to animals. The still-lifes are fabulous…the colors even more sumptuous, but the living subject matter really is attractive. With all the amazing color selections Daniel Smith has to offer, Tom Shepherd makes a wonderful choice for Brand Ambassador! Thank you for the presentation.
