Supern7 killed it with this wave and cats wave. I only got the frog and robot rs from the tmnt. Skipped the other 2. Willa for the cats is basic and looks funny in the mid section and hips.
Didn't want these. Then got them. Then canceled but guess forgot to cancel rock steady. Was in my pol so I already bought it, was upset, got it, love it as basic as it is. The color schematics are primo. Really nice figure. Hard rubber cast. Feels good and looks like it's gonna be a fun figure to pose.
TBH pretty solid wave, kinda love these deeper cuts. Ghengis Frog seems like the clear winner here, but leaning towards picking up Raph, Robo Rocksteady and New Shredder. Hoping for an Ultimates Super Shredder one day. I think the boogie board shield was half the size in the promo images, not sure why they beefed it up.
I honestly didn't realize that vintage Shredder was considered so rare. I definitely remember seeing him in stores back then. Didn't get him cuz I had the wind-up one, which I preferred the colors on.
I think you just sold me on the Robot Rocksteady. The paint detail and design are much cooler than what I thought they were, just based on what I've seen. Also, and maybe I'm in the minority, but I'm glad the Raphael is less articulated. Was worried the sculpt and design would be broken up by the normal Ultimates articulation. Thanks for making me spend more money, Toy Bro. Dammit. 😂😂😂
Pixel Dan had the exact opposite problem with his robo, where the wrists were way too loose. I like the details of these sculpts but I'm not a fan of that inconsistency of manufacture.
