It's a mixed, this is basically free style taiji, where the routine is designed based on the athlete's skills and abilities. Each routine is to be between 3 to 4 minutes, with 8 compulsory moves and some aerial + balancing moves. Back some years ago, both balancing moves and aerial moves must be included, but it seemed that the rules has changed slightly as for this routine, no balancing moves were included
Actually this should not be classified as Tai Chi. It should be like gymnastics or modern dance. Traditional Tai Chi should include 'yin' and 'yang' and 'Chi' or "Qi'. Personally, I would not take it as Tai Chi.
