ফ্রেন্ডশিপ সেন্টারটি সম্পূর্ণ মাটির নিচে অবস্থিত। ভবনের ছাদ ভূমি সমতলে। ছাদে লাগানো হয়েছে নানা জাতের ঘাস, ফুল ও পাশ দিয়ে নানা প্রজাতির গাছ। গাইবান্ধার ফুলছড়ি উপজেলার কঞ্চিপাড়া ইউনিয়নের মদনেরপাড়া গ্রামে অবস্থিত ‘ফ্রেন্ডশিপ সেন্টার’টি যেন প্রকৃতিতে মিশে অদৃশ্য হয়ে আছে। প্রায় ৮ বিঘা জমির ওপর গড়ে ওঠা এই ভবনের আয়তন ৩২ হাজার বর্গফুট।
এই ভবনে চলে দাপ্তরিক নানা কর্মকাণ্ড। অদৃশ্য এ ভবনে রয়েছে প্রশিক্ষণ কেন্দ্র, অভ্যন্তরীণ খেলাধুলা ও থাকা-খাওয়ার ব্যবস্থা। ভেতরের সবকিছুই অবাক করা ও দৃষ্টিনন্দন। ফ্রেন্ডশিপ সেন্টারের ম্যানেজার মো. লোকমান হোসেন জানান, পরিবেশ বান্ধব ভবনটিতে একসাথে ২০০ জন প্রশিক্ষণ নেয়ার ব্যবস্থা আছে। থাকার জন্য আছে ২৪টি আবাসিক রুম, খাওয়ার জন্য আলাদা রেস্তোরাঁ, লাইব্রেরি, হেলিকপ্টারে আসার জন্য হেলিপ্যাডসহ নানা সুবিধা।
